Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sunbury

This was the first time I went to this Dunkin Donuts and for sure it will be my last...

I went inside due to the drive thru's line being extreamly long. Went inside and their was only one person in front of us we order 2 drinks 2 sandwiches and 50 munchkins first we got our drinks then continued to wait for our munchkins and sandwiches. The lady that waited on us never got our munchkins another girl asked me what we were waiting on and I said 50 munchkins and 2 sandwiches. She got us the munchkins and she said they were making our sandwiches. In the mean time there were 4 more customers that went through the line and got there food and drinks including hot food. I continued to wait then after over 15 mins of waiting I said the the lady that took our order could I please have my money back for the sandwiches I ordered. She told me I would have to wait she didn't know how to do that. After 5 more mins of waiting the manager came over asked me what I ordered I told him and he said. I am pretty sure someone took your order. Instead of giving of giving my money back like I asked he said it will be right up and walked away.

No sorry for the inconvenience or any kind of compensation for my time of waiting over 25 mins.

As part of my normal monday and friday routine, I ventured to Dunkin Donuts, yet again. Each time I arrive in the drive-thru I am greeted by very pleasant and polite employees through the menu speakers. I always get a Medium caramel iced coffee with extra cream to give me that necessary jolt to get my rear in gear and get me through the day! The service is always lightning fast! I absolutely adore when they have monthly specials of 99 cent coffee's because my order comes to a grand total of $1.05 (sales tax included) compared to the typical $2.22 (sales tax included). Usually when drive-thru workers screw up an order, it is a bad thing, however, at Dunkin Donuts it is a blessing in disguise because they give Large iced coffee's instead of medium! I absolutely cherish the silky smooth and sweet flavor of the drizzled caramel blended in the icy and refreshing high quality coffee - it is one of my most beloved beverages to consume! It is always proper judgement to use caution whilst driving away because the front entrance sidewalk flows directly into the path of vehicles leaving the drive-thru - thank goodness no one has been run down by an automobile yet. What I like about this place: while it doesn't have a lot of it's own parking space, it's literally in the middle of a huge parking lot. Parking is never a problem. They keep it clean, well maintained and presentable. The service is average, and usually have some interesting personalities on staff. I've never personally experienced any bad product, so that's great too. (The hashbrowns at the Danville location tastes weirdly like burnt plastic 100% of the time I order them) What could be better: There's limited places to plug in and charge your device, so if you're coming in to drink cheap coffee all day while writing haiku, make sure you set up shop early. Another factor that could be improved upon is employee health and disease spread awareness - Only one employee was wearing a mask (in my opinion, anyone who is working with food should be wearing something over their mouth) and there were a couple employees walking around openly coughing without any attempt to cover their mouth. All in all, I'll return when convenient because it's better than other dunkins...
