DO NOT RECOMMEND. No online menu. Very unprofessional staff.

I have 4 hungry kids here with no car today so had to ask questions of the young girl that answered phone. They all wanted different pizzas so I asked if they had personal pizzas before I placed my order. The girl told me yes. So I ordered 4 personal pizzas and a pasta for myself. When the delivery guy finally showed up, he only had 3 pizza boxes so I questioned him about it. He opened up and showed me. Instead of 4 personal pizzas it was 4 SLICES. This would not have begun to fill these kids up. So refused delivery.

The girl that took my order called me 3 times while I was on the phone with a different pizza place. So I called when I got off and she proceeded to tell me that she never told me that they had personal pizzas. I tried to talk to her and she wouldn't let me talk, kept talking over me. So I hung up. 5 min later she calls back, pretending to be the manager, as if I couldn't tell it was the same young girl. Let me tell yo u honey, I have managed, for more years than you've been alive. Very unprofessional and although they have good food, I'll never go there or order from there again.

Okay I'm definitely in a position to be biased here, but I just want to leave behind a few words for any potential newcomers:

I remember when this spot was called Italian Terrace probably 20 years ago at this point. Their pizzas were, and still remain to be, hands down the best "standard" pizza I've had. I'm not talking down on the pies with heaps of toppings either, because they're amazing too. But there's just something special about calling in a large cheeze pie from Guigi's.

I've lived out of state for over 10 years and I've only returned to the Sunbury area a handful of times. That said, every time I've come back, I've had to stop by and grab a pie at least once. It's such a breath of fresh air to get a solid pizza for like $15 as opposed to the $26 or $32 pies (seriously) where I live currently.

Just had to say a few words this time around. It was a real treat stopping by again.

Hands down the WORSE place i ever ordered from.. i ordered some hot wings i got home an come to find out they were just regular wings so i called them back an told them about it the staff lady argued with me for about 10 minutes on the phone so i decided to take them back an prove to them that they werent hot wings i get there an show the lady she STILL CONTINUED TO ARGUE about them being hot wings.. i do not care what anyone says you can ALWAYS tell the difference between hot and regular wings you can smell the hot sauce an be able to taste it. They were NOT hot wings didnt smell like nor did they TASTE at all like hot wings i give this place ZERO STARS. Want real hot wings go to OIP or even DOMINOS... also staff lady was really disrespectful she threw the cash at me...
