Very mixed feelings. I ordered take-out and was going to order the Brussel sprouts listed on their menu on their website, but learned they were $1.50 more than what was advertised. When I notified them of this, I was told their website has been needing updating but no offer was made to honor the price advertised. When I went to go pick up my order, everything on the receipt was MORE expensive than what was listed on the menu on their website and I was surprised but paid. When I got home, I discovered an ingredient I told them not to add was on it, making the meal not safe for me to eat because it was an allergy. I called and they immediately offered me a refund or to make it again. I had to drive back to get my new meal. The meal was decent, but I would not have ordered there had I known the price of my sandwich was $17.50 when it was advertised as $15. Ask for all the prices before you order so you are not blind...

Super unfortunate, I think they are just very understaffed. The couple times we've gone here there is no one seating people coming in. There is basically one waitress trying to serve 10+ tables, she's doing the best she can but she needs help.

This last time, we waited at the front door for 5 minutes before we got acknowledged that we could be seated in a few minutes. After sitting I think the restaurant ran out of coffee because many tables were trying to get refills and couldn't. One of the items we ordered they got wrong and they forgot a separate side item we ordered. One of us had toast and we're looking for some jam and couldn't get any waitresses attention to even get service after we got our food.

I hope they can find some staff. The food is fine, but it'd be better if you got what you ordered and they had people available to refill coffee and give...

Bridgeside is WAY better than a couple / few years ago. Menu choices are appealing and very savory - they definitely didn't used to be. The menu variety is sufficient but not so massively broad. I have tried 3 different entrees recently and 4 different appetizers, salad and a soup all of which have been terrific...so the people in the back are hitting the mark with everything it would seem. Tonight's Long Island Iced Tea was well prescribed - and I stretched it out for the entire visit so "no" that wasn't influencing the food review. I recommend Bridgeside when before I had for sure crossed it off of our list of options. Prices are slightly up from what they were before, but well worth the food quality improvement. This is the type of place that previously wanted to be good but now finally is. Go try it, especially if you...

This was my first time here for brunch on a Sunday and I was very happy with the food options and quality. The setting feels somewhere between a diner and a country kitchen restaurant (a little update to the decor would really make this place feel inviting - the 4 starts instead of 5 is based on the interior since it definitely couldn’t be improved with better lighting and updated finishes) but if it had been a little warmer the patio looked like a lovely spot to enjoy. The menu had breakfast and lunch options and a wide variety of both. I had the traditional eggs Benedict with avocado added and had to try their oatmeal pancake out of curiosity. All the food was really good and the server we had was genuinely friendly and attentive. This is a great little place for what feels like a home cooked style meal and a quaint atmosphere. Would recommend.

Ill start off saying , we went in around 8am and there was no wait which was great . The waitress we had was attentive and nice . Really a great wait staff overall. The food was below average... you can tell the pancakes were made with cheap butter etc. They were okay. The paddys eggs Benedict was mehhh. Barely any hash or hollandaise.. The bottle of sugar free syrup was watered down so much and incredibly stick all over the outside. The coffee was never hot after each time they refilled the cups. To top it off the whole meal came to 73$ for four people with two sides of pancakes . I would never mind spending that at breakfast if the food was good and we have definitely spent more but it was all just alright. The atmosphere was comfortable and the wait staff was great ... to us that was the best part.

Overall just average. I ordered Californian eggs Benedict and my spouse ordered an omelette. The portions were small and I felt like I was eating on a kid’s size plate. Also noticed there was no garnish on either plate (an orange wedge would have been nice). Once served our waitress never returned to ask how everything was. My spouse wanted some jelly or jam to go with his toast, but that was not possible. Eventually I got up to find our check so we could pay and leave. To be fair the food was decent in taste and our waitress was really nice. Be warned, the salsa they served comes straight out of a jar. I doubt that we will return, there’s far too many places that exceed this one.
