Zoner's Pizza Wings & Waffles — Restaurant in Sunnyside

Ok, this is my experience and not just from a former employee but as a customer. I wasnt a "disgruntled" employee either. After i quit to take care of my newborn, i did still eat here. The last time i ordered was absolutely awful, my pizza was absolutely raw and not cooked. I will add a photo to back my claims. I did get a remake the next day and the pizza tasted absolutely salty and foul. I had so much green olives on it they may have well just dumped a whole bucket on it.

I left a review of my experience as a customer on a public form, i then get a text from the owners daughters bf saying if i call or come up there i will be trespassed by police. I guess its a warning to those, if you share your experiences at this pizza place you arent welcomed back. I also assume you cant review or be a customer if you were previously an employee, may i add voluntarily left the company to give birth, no drama, no hate, just left to give birth......... I had friends show up for my birthday and we decided to order pizza @ 6:30. We were told that the $150 order would arrive between 7:30 and 7:40. When the pizza had not arrived at 8:20 I called and they told me that they got a lot of orders but my pizza was coming out of the oven and they driver was there and ready to deliver it. I asked them why they didnt call and he apologized. We live about 15 minutes from the store. It was not delivered until 9:00 pm. To apologize for the late delivery they gave us a 2 liter of coke. Clearly our order was not important to them. If they had called and told us that delivery was an issue we would have sent someone to go pick it up. I am very disappointed to feed my friends and family at 9:00 pm. Everyone was cranky and hungry. I will never ask them to deliver again. Either they forgot about my order or just didn't care. Either way they have lost me...

Very disappointing! We were the only customers in the restaurant and it took well over 30 minutes to get our order. We probably would not have gotten it then if my husband had not went to the counter to see if we could get our salad. We found out then that the food had been sitting on the counter for pick up apparently. Our Greek salad was more like a grilled chicken salad. The food was subpar at best. The entire time we were there we had the “pleasure” of listening to the kitchen staff talk very loudly on his phone. Also, being charged extra for using a debit card doesn’t sit well. It shouldn’t fall on me to pay your card charges from the service you chose. Sad because it was nice to have something different occasionally, but we...
