Today I did not feel like a valueble customer. I waited in line with 5 people ahead of me and I did not receive the same treatment as the people in front of me who were Asian and Caucasian. When I went to order the lady took my order and started to prepair my sandwich. As the person came in behind me, she stopped my order to help them. After she rang the other person up who came in after me she then rushed my order and it was not made correctly. Another Causasian lady came in after me and she saw her help the other before me and asked if she was cutting me too. I said no ma’am I am just waiting on my order. This really bothered me because I am a regular and I buy a sandwich from this place at least 3 times a week. Unfortunately I will not be returning and I would not reccomend for anyone to receive the same treatment I have today.
I am the only black owned business in my industry in Sunnyvale and it important to me to treat all people the same, no matter the races, color, or information we may or may not know about that individual because we are all paying money. I went back in to ask the lady to make my sandwich correctly, and she gave me excuses why she did not make the sandwich correctly. But her excused didn’t mean anything. Well anyways I took the denture out wrapped it in a white napkin I forgot and threw my empty coffee cup and napkin in your trash can. I need to get it back for I paid 2000.00 for it.
