The ordering process is smooth. You get on the mailing list and early each week you'll get a notice that the orders will open soon, then you pick a time to pick up on Friday. Maybe more days will be added soon. The olive sourdough is great, tons of olives in it, and the normal sourdough a good texture and taste as well.
