Had a nice stay here. We asked for a room without people above us, and our room was quiet and allowed us to sleep. We felt our vehicle was safe parked in the underground garage. The breakfast was satisfactory, but pork sausage, or bacon, would be a nice addition for people who don't like turkey products. Ewww.
We always like scrambled eggs, with cheese, and there are flavored waffles, oatmeal, with lots of additions, bagels, breads, juices, yogurt, and 3 kinds of cereal. There is hot coffee, reg and decaffeinated, with flavored creamers, and tea and hit chocolate. Something for everyone. Also available are fresh fruit and milk.
So our room was not grand, but very adequate for us. Two queen beds with room on both sides. I still can't figure out why there is not a table on both sides of each bed. Everyone needs to plug in a phone or set a water cup or their glasses down on something bedside. I was forced to put these items on the floor, which was both inconvenient and a bit unsanitary. I don't get it... I don't get it!!
So, the bathroom was roomy and clean, but we asked twice for the tub plug to be fixed so we could use the bathtub, but we never got that repaired. They did offer us a new room, but once we unpacked, we didn't want to repack and unpack again. So we stayed without the tub usage. Bummer.
This is one of those hotels that have shower products in large bottles in the shower. Not individual bottles for each guest. That's an ok thing for me. My one issue is that there was body wash, shampoo, and BODY LOTION in the shower. There was no conditioner. There was a bottle of body lotion by the sink as well. When the bottles are empty and replaced, the staff needs to be sure the correct contents are in the correct places. I went out and bought a conditioner for my use during my stay. Whatever.
All in all, we...

[Original] Worst Hilton property ever. No professional services at all.
We've been here last year and the overall experience was great. This is why we chose this property again for this trip. BUT, things got changed.
First, you will not be honored nor recognized as a Hilton Honors member, even with our diamond tier, during the check-in. Meaning, you will not get explained on any benefits, nor get complementary water and snack until you notified them. We could take it until this point.
However, when we arrived at our room(oh of course, no upgrade at all), we tried to connect wifi, but we got an tech error(299) with the correct passcode they provided. We asked for help and what we all got is the same instruction that we've tried multiple times over the phone.
Masood, who was in charge at the moment, asked us come down to the front so we did. But he was not helpful at all. He took my phone to connect wifi with nuance that we did something wrong with the password but apparently not. When he tried my wife's phone, he got the same error as we had. No apologies nor explanation. He just said he does not know the reason now and he will report it to the management team tmr.(any plan to follow up with us?) That's it. No further explanation to us. He was just staring at us without anything said.
This is really not what people expect to experience when they choose a Hilton property.
So unprofessional on everything from basic welcoming to tech problem. Hilton, you should treat your loyalty...

Booking: If you are booking at group rate and want to stay longer, then you have to make multiple bookings. There is no way to consolidate all bookings! Was surprised that hotel did not extend group rate for longer booking :).
Front-desk staff: Seemed unpleasant and unhappy! Were not very knowledgeable. Two incidences: 1) Refused the required number of extra blankets. Had to purchase additional blankets from outside. 2) No idea about housekeeping policies. When showed the written policy, was just dismissed saying policy must have changed and they are not responsible.
House-keeping: In 5-night stay, only one housekeeping was done. That too on request and was made to feel like a big favor was being done.
Restaurant: Bad. No consideration for food preferences (no pork) of a large group. They accidentally spilled a little hot water on my daughter and weren't apologetic. They close sharp at 10AM with most supplies (like breads, apple juice) running out by 9:30AM. Breakfast staff will start having their own meals before the closing time - so not sure whom to request!
Spoke to the manager and she mentioned she will work on it. But next day some things were still the same (especially at restaurant)!
EV charging wait - there should be stricter policies around time to charge per vehicle and idle time at station. Some vehicles were "forever" charging as there were no repercussions.
Good things - facility was well maintained and clean. Loved the security patrols in parking and around the hotel. Liked that hotel had EV charging. Check-in person was...
