Its a hole in the wall type of place.. so if you're looking for homestyle food and the best service you can get.. this is the place you want be in. When you eat at someone's home, your host usually watches you diligently to make sure they are catering to you before you need to ask for something.. they try to anticipate your needs and offer it.. well, this is the place for that type of treatment!! We were a group of 4.. but ordered MORE food than we can handle.. what did they do first? Take our order.. when the food seemed like it might fill up our table fast, they just casually came over and added an extension to our table.. so we can fit our food while we eat comfortably.. like WHAT? Most restaurants will think about keeping that table free for other guests.. It was not a quiet night either. After that.. they saw how much we've eaten.. and say.. maybe you want chai instead of the chaas you ordered? We're like.. as a matter of fact.. you're right.. thats what feels good right now. 2 chai please. As we're shamelessly packing it up, we missed asking boxes for a couple of items.. no no.. they observed.. and brought us extra boxes for those items. As we walk away not wanting to ask for anything more.. they come over to hand us plastic bags so we're not going to mess up our cars.. no we did not ask for them.
Now.. this is what I call service and the food was AMAZING! We loved everything.. didn't leave anything behind.. I am still eating the portions we ordered and I cant wait to eat it again for dinner! YUMMY! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars for...
Read moreWe’ve been going to Radhe Chaat from way back 20+ years ago, in Sunnyavale.
They’re absolutely consistent, don’t be fooled by the outside small place feeling. Quality is consistent.
Recently we have been there a few times. Vada Pav is like $4.99 post covid in 2024 (at the time of this review). Thalis are great. Their rotis (pulka) are consistently good. Try their kanda poha.
Their chaat items are also very decent overall you can’t go wrong with this place.
It’s not the fancy dinner place, it’s your ‘just want to get a good Indian grub (maharashtrian, north indian, gujarati) place that wont upset my tummy and pocket’ joint. Still a decent place to go with fam.
You still can have a small cup of complementary chai (freshness varies!).
Ah, another tip: if you’re traveling take their methi tepla to go with you in plane or your day trip or week long trip, and just with yogurt(can buy almost anywhere) you’ll be all set. Thepla doesn’t need to be refrigerated for a few days. Thank me later for this. Their tepla’s have traveled with us to several adventures...
Read moreProbably should have posted this earlier because I have been eating at this place for the last 1.5 years.
Amazing taste, healthy, less oily and less overly salty food. Reminds me of home back in Delhi.
Radhe Chaat has been my husband's and my go-to place for our everyday meal during hectic office hours with back to back meetings. We generally order Doordash because of our tight meeting schedule and I appreciate them cooking the best healthy, less oily and home cooked meal. Methi Thepla from this place has been my every day healthy breakfast :) and love everything else including all their curries, Poha, Sabudana and what not. When we do a pick-up ourselves, we love their amazing complimentary strong chai (just like another review said, their chair is so much better than the one at Apna Bazaar! 🤗)
Uncle at and counter and the whole staff is really polite and friendly. When I requested, they also customized food without onion during Navratri which was really...
