I had ordered online to pick up, when I got there the front of the shop was more the flooded with customers. My pizza said it went in the oven at 7:10 and would be ready at 7:33. When I went in at 7:33 the pizza portal was bone dry and it was apparent no one had received their orders with about 7 to 8 different parties asking where the food was at. I always give packed food businesses the benefit of the doubt and they clearly needed help and the manager in the black shirt wasn't helping the two workers one bit even with customers getting irritated with the lady at the front counter he never stepped in to help. After 5 or 6 of the parties got their food I stood in line to ask about mine. I reached the counter at 8:06pm almost an hour after my food supposedly "went in the oven". The lady at the front told me it would be an additional 10 minute wait for my pizza to be ready. An hour and 10 minute cook time is insane. The manager needs to step up and delegate orders better then hes doing. If to many orders come in they're more then capable of shutting down online orders until they catch up. Taking orders in that you cant fulfill and lying about the time itll be ready leaving all customers waiting is just bad for business. Instead of waiting for my pizza they offered a cheaper alternative with no compensation on the pay to what I ordered. I get home and realized the lady gathering my order shorted me on my bread stick sauce, my pretzels crust pizza wasn't pretzels crust and both pizzas I received were cold and were warm from the heat lamp they were under. Ridiculous situation and I dont blame the workers its definitely the management . Read moreI am only giving two stars because my order was correct . I truly don’t understand the reason for online order especially if you still have to wait past the pickup time . Majority of the workers here have long hair and nobody hair was covered , that’s gross . Don’t bother with expecting them to greet you because that’s not gonna happen even when you greet them . The young man with the long hair who was working the counter just walked away from me as if I wasn’t standing there to inquire about picking up my order and he just started walking around the back , the lady at the computer (I am assuming the manager ) just looked at me and said someone will be with you , why she couldn’t come assist me I don’t know , I guess it’s not in her job description. Finally the guy with the long hair comes back up and I tell him I am picking up my order , I even once again spoke to him to greet him again and with a plain face he downs say anything , I even said thank you when he gave me my order and he said absolutely nothing . Customer service sucks at this location nobody who worked there seem to be wanting to work , it’s like I spent $50 and they can give a damn . Maybe replacing employees with robots wouldn’t be a bad idea after all . So not only did I have to wait for my pizza but when I finally got it yes the order was correct but the pizza wasn’t even hot , he didn’t pull my pizza from the warmer he pulled it from a metal rack so my food was ready and they said it wasn’t when I initially arrived but my order was sitting on that metal rack the whole time smh . Read moreThis is by far the worst location I’ve ever encountered. From the staff to the food it’s just terrible all around. I used to work at Little Caesars and standards were standards. Now it’s as if doing the bare minimum is acceptable. Last 3 visits in breakdowns:
1: Ordered a two topping pizza on the app, breadsticks and a normal cheese went in to pick it up after about 15 min he tells me my orders about ready. 45 min later my order was ready and I opened the box to one topping. I asked where my other topping was and he said we ran out. Do you think I got my money back NO !!! NO IS THE ANSWER!!!
2: Ordered a pretzel pizza on the app and went to pick it up and they gave me a normal cheese when asked for my pretzel pizza the response was we ran out of the pretzel dough. Do you think they adjusted the price NO. Answer always is I would have to call to get it fixed.
3: Ordered in app for a cheese and Italian cheese bread. Picked up less than 10 min after ordering in app Opened the Italian cheese bread and there’s no seasoning or butter. I asked where the stuff is for the top and she said I can put some on so she went back and put the seasoning on she comes back and I said what about the butter. Her response was “ITS BEEN SITTING THERE FOR A WHILE SO THE BUTTERS PROBABLY SEEPED IN” how has it been sitting there if I just ordered it. I didn’t come in for a hot and ready I ordered it in the app for fresh.
