Taco Bell — Restaurant in Nevada

My bf waited a whole hour for his 1 bean cheese and rice burrito. After he waited a whole hour and approached the counter nicely- they claimed they couldn’t find his order. Even the manager gave attitude to him after he showed his receipt for his 1 burrito and she personally made his order AND MADE IT WRONG!! It’s one thing to have bad customer service but when the mistake is on your end and you’re the manager and the ppl that represent Taco Bell as a business. Please treat all your customers with respect, HIS SKIN COLOR SHOULD NOT MATTER ITS 2025. They had to remake my bf burrito 3 times. Please tell me how hard it is to make 1 BEAN CHEESE AND RICE BURRITO. Thats all he ordered and he waited an 1hour30min for it and still stuck through the attitude from the manager and the workers there. ITS 2025, DO BETTER. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THERE ARE PPL OF COLOR THAT ARE VEGAN/VEGETARIAN. SO LET THAT SINK IN THE NEXT TIME HE COMES IN AND ORDER A BEAN CHEESE AND RICE BURRITO BC THE DISRESPECT IS REAL AND I ENJOY SHARING HIS EXPERIENCE WITH GOOGLE SO EVERYONE AROUDN THE WORLD WILL KNOW HOW YOU TREAT...

My app order was ready at the pick up location and I cashed in my rewards for a TACO BELL BREAKFAST SAUSAGE PARTY PACK. I used a $2 off app deal and was well fed for a nickel under $10 and drank Pepsi until I peed the Pepsi logo.

BEST YET; the restrooms are OPEN, HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY (no need to ask permission for your potty emergency)

It's Vegas YES "THAT" Vegas; whether it be the homeless or party goers doing whatever in restroom stalls; IT IS SO RELIEVING TO NOT HAVE TO SEEK codes or keys to use the restroom and wash up.

This is the closes location to my house (by the Air Force Base ) and in the daytime service and foods is GREAT . But after 8 pm the service gets beyond horrible . The girl who worked tonight (white girl with pink hair ) I truly don’t understand why she is working for Taco Bell because she is rude and can’t take accountability for her messing up an order instead she wants to be argumentative smh . Yes they FINALLY gave me my complete order but it was the condescending attitude that had me blown away . And I ONLY receive bad service at the overnight shift everytime , day shift like I said before is GREAT , but they need to reconsider EVERY individual working after 9pm because they will ruin this location . Even the guy who came to the window after the white pink hair girl was trying to match wits with me was rude and slammed the window close in my face (which he says for their screw up we are busy tonight ) ummmm sit that’s not an excuse but yeah ok .
