I haven't written any reviews since being in Florida but wanted to be sure to add my voice on this restaurant. I've never had a restaurant mess up a breakfast order but this one did that is also that you consider that we had to wait and hour and forty minutes for our meal. So by now you seen the bad reviews on this place if you haven't make sure you find them for there is a theme there but like I said 'Breakfast' who knew you could make it unpalatable right?
Called initially and was put on hold that should have been my first indicator then I saw on the menu order online and receive a 15% off which of course we didn't receive and is another story. I called after about an hour of waiting and spoke with Sophia and was told it was out the door now hot and ready to eat and forty-five minutes later the delivery guy was here...Finally!
Four of us ordered and so we finally sat to eat at about 12:30 pm after placing the order at 10:45 am #no lie. First not enough cutlery which was no biggy cause we had in house...opened my container and looked at my order that should have been 2 sunny-side up eggs with two pancakes and 1 sausage and saw some eggs that had been cooked on the dirty side of the grill with lots of little black specks and folded over several times like they were making anything but sunny side eggs. There was no butter, syrup or salt & pepper in any of our containers and when I called to complain I was told that they would run out the missing items - they are approximately 2.2 miles away from our office how long do you think we would have to wait for those missing items if the food took that long to be delivered? They also said the would also give us a credit for $4.00 towards our next purchase.
So guess what my response was...please keep the missing items and keep the $4.00 in-house credit because I wouldn't be purchasing anything from them again. So I didn't eat the eggs they were to scrappy looking but I ate the meat and the pancakes and nearly choked because the food was so dry.

Read moreI just got off the phone with what I would call "the worst delivery order to be". They have only one phone line so I got them on the phone on my 4th try... and got placed on hold after they answered the phone. Business must be good, no problem.. moving along. I asked about the cut of steak they use for their sandwich and got placed on hold one more time... the answer I received for my question was "philly". Wow.. Philly cut? I will let my butcher explain me what that is. So she did not know what meat they use, oh well.. But when I heard the delivery fee of $2.00 when they advertise on their menu; in bold, that delivery is free that is where things got interesting. Because I work 6 minutes away (Nobhill to 136th on Sunrise) they had to add a fee. After hearing this explanation I asked to speak with a manager and got placed on hold one more time. I could hear the supervisor telling her on the background "leave the line, we will call him later or something". Before she could pass on the information back on to me I interrupted and insisted that I will stay on the phone and that I would like to finalize my order. And I was told to "relax". Clearly I went ahead and cancelled the order and went somewhere else. This place could never earn my business.....
Read moreFirst time leaving a negative review. And I never even tried the food. But had a bizarre delivery experience that I think is worth sharing.
I ordered on Grubhub and opted to tip through the app upon delivery. Upon arriving, the delivery guy insisted that I tip him before giving the food, which is odd but not too big of a deal.
He asked that I add tip and sign a receipt with the wrong price, which I felt uncomfortable doing because I was worried I’d get overcharged. Went to look for cash and closed the door so my cat wouldn’t run out. He actually rang the bell and opened the door again himself.
At this point, I messaged Grubhub to have them add the tip on, like I intended to do in the first place. Right when Grubhub sends the confirmation that they’ve added the tip, he gets frustrated and asks for the food back.
Thankfully the manager did call Grubhub and verified that the delivery was never completed. I got a refund through Grubhub, so that was good of them.
But otherwise just a horrible experience that made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Never ordering...
