Burger Barn — Restaurant in Superior

We were in town for basketball and had an hour so we went to grab a bite. Took our order right away and finally after waiting 30 minutes we went to ask if we could just get it to go as we had a game to get to. The guy said yes and handed us our food and we asked if it had been ready for awhile and the guy said yes. Apparently they cooked it but never felt the need to give it to us. It was just sitting in the back the whole time. We started to wonder only because we heard a bunch of them just chatting at laughing away back in the kitchen. I've eaten here in the past and I felt that the quality of food was better months ago. The food is mediocre, luke warm, and highly overpriced.$10 and some change for a cheeseburger and a small fry. Waited 20 minutes and then had to pull around and go back through the drive-through to get my order. It would be nice to have adults working the window. I am not impressed. The quality of the food needs to improve and the price needs to be adjusted. The fries were warm, but I had to reheat the cheeseburger. Don't believe I'll be a return customer...

I really wanted to try the jalapeno poppers but they no longer sell them even though they are still on the menu 😕 and then when I got the food it was relatively bland and very tiny. I had ordered a barn burger one of their signature burgers and some cheese balls, The burger tasted mostly like onion even though it had bacon cheddar and all sorts of other stuff and the cheese balls had a really greasy taste, It was okay at best. kind of...
