Las Canteras Méxican Grille — Restaurant in Superior

Scott and I had dinner on Sept 24th. We didn't like the food or service. The man who led us to our table didn't know what some of the dishes were, the chips were stale, the side dishes were not hot, the food was greasy tasting. They never once came and asked us anything, if our food was good, if we needed anything else like desert. We wanted to have a shot of tequila but they never gave us a chance. The food is mediocre and usually lukewarm. The last time we were in they came to the table said they'd be back and went back to the kitchen and we could see from where we were sitting they were just sitting around we waited a half hour nobody came and took our order and we left. They're rude their food is awful the best thing there is the churro but you can't mess up a churro . I was there on the 16th of april and I paid the total amount on .y card but then I get the statm3nt and it says I am being charged more for my food . At least 5 dollars more so the waiter that took my payment charged me a tip . On top of what I was already paid for dinner. So beware of this. And when asked to talk to a manger always get the run around and then ask.to speak to the head person and.get told he is in Mexico. So it's ok for them to charge you an extra tip after you pay for your dinner. So watch...
