BoSa Donuts — Restaurant in Surprise

I have always enjoyed coming to this location, and that was only increased after my most recent trip. A friend and I came in for some Boba and we were satisfied with both the service and the quality of our drinks. The girl who served us was nice and we had no complaints. An old hag came in while we were enjoying ourselves and had this ridiculous complaint about the register worker not giving her 4 cents. Yes, you heard me right folks; she had a hissy fit over 4 measly pennies. After she eventually left, (which was not without great difficulty) I gave them a tip and told them that she wouldn't know a positive human interaction if it hit her in her ugly face. Anyways, this place is great and you should come and I'm going to create other accounts just to positively review this place and tip like 20 bucks every time I visit...

i used to love this location because it was so close to my house and the staff were nice but i will no longer be coming here. the last few times i’ve ordered from here almost all the staff have had some sort of attitude , specifically this older lady she has continuously been rude to me for no reason. she’s made weird faces and called my drink “weird” when i ordered it , she has made the drink wrong multiple times and got mad when i told her she made it wrong. i tried to ignore these things but after today i will not be coming back! she was completely rude , she made us feel completely rushed and had an attitude , she wasn’t paying attention to what we ordered and she got an attitude when telling us she didn’t have medium drinks. i will not go to this location ever again , do not go here unless you want to be...

It was clean and the selection and variety of donuts was great. Unfortunately we were rushed by the woman working the counter and didn't feel like we were welcome to take a moment to browse the large selection and menu.. she was already asking my kid what she wanted before my husband and I could catch up to her at the cases, before my daughter could finish her words she was almost interrupting and asking what next, what next.. after feeling rushed I just chose a pumpkin muffin and it seemed really dry. My husband was put off and didn't order anything. My daughter did however enjoy her donut.

Also, there was nobody else in the restaurant or drive thru so the need to feel rushed was confusing for us. We would understand if there was a long line behind us or they...
