Very very frustrated. I have multiple medical conditions that cause me a lot of pain and inability to walk at times. It is so hot outside than I didn't want my husband to have to stand in the heat to raise and lower my scooter so I called ahead to this Hobby Lobby in surprise. I asked the girl if they had electric carts. She asked me what I meant and I said, "you know an electric scooter." she replied with, "oh yeah we have two of them." A few days later when I had my energy and my husband was able to take me we went up to the store. There were no scooters! And there never were. They informed me they had two wheelchairs. Which was not ideal for my husband to be pushing me at this time (his own medical conditions) he was willing to try. The woman went to look and they couldn't find any wheelchairs. They have no idea what I went through to get up to that store. Hobby Lobby why won't you carry electric scooters??? Especially when people from Sun City and Sun City West, large retirement communities, are coming to your store! And Hobby Lobby I know this one is new but I think you can train your staff a little...

I truly had the best experience when it comes to customer service. I was looking to purchase several items that I could only find on display, not on the shelves. Kimberly went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the items I fell in love with. She looked up each item I asked about and made sure I could purchase them.
She took the time to help with multiple items—from a pool umbrella to an amazing boho papasan chair I saw in their spring display (without tags). She found the correct prices and carefully brought both items to the register while I continued shopping. She even went the extra mile to help me find specific crafting supplies I needed for another project I had in my cart. She truly made my entire experience worthwhile.
Also, a huge shoutout to Javier! He helped me disassemble the chair I purchased to make sure it fit into my car. It was so appreciated. He also went above and beyond to help me get both of my carts to the car and loaded everything efficiently.
This level of customer service is something you don’t see every day. These little things...
Read more2 registers open in the middle of the day. Lines super long. Employees have zero sense of urgency...honestly some of the slowest checkouts I've ever seen. Why are they still manually entering prices in the POS? It's 2024 and this is a brand new store. And yes the having to type in the prices contribute to the slowness but they just move very slow. Lady with an ipad strapped to her just standing around and just kind of rude. Customer asked if she was opened and she just said "no" rudely and walked away. I was going to tap to pay and the cashier wasn't really polite about telling me that they don't have that either (I'm not upset they didn't have tap to pay but she could have been nicer about it damn.) They stopped taking coupons awhile ago so I don't really go to Hobby Lobby and I will go back to not going to...
