This is the worst McDonald’s in all of Arizona every time I order from here they mess up my order, something is missing , or they don’t have it after I already paid. First time I made an order I walked in to for mobile pick up, I put in the order in advance because I was coming back On my way home from work. It was going to take me 20 minutes. When I arrived I was standing there for literally another 20 minutes for someone to notice me and hand me my bag that was sitting right there on the counter behind them, and it was cold. they told me they were waiting for me for 20 minutes since I put the order in, but I waited an extra 20 minutes for them to even acknowledge my existence after trying to waive someone down to give me the order. Today I ordered breakfast for drive-through thinking oh if I order it at 1030 when I get back over on this side of town it’ll be ready because they make it immediately, it’s 11 and I come to pick up my breakfast that I ordered 30 mins ago and they told me “oh we threw breakfast away at 11 because breakfast is done being served at 11” even though all my receipt and on my mobile order it had my breakfast order and the last time I put in a mobile order they made it immediately and now they’re telling me that they make the order when I pull up in the drive-through?. that’s not what happened the first time. obviously I’m upset because I paid and this is the third time I had an issue and instead of funding my original account she gives me cash. Before this last week even before what happened today I put in an order I pull up and they don’t have it ready either and they told me to pull up to the second window which I do and I wait there for another 30 minutes all these other cars are going past me getting their food and then someone walks up to me with a bag that isn’t even my order and I wait an additional 15 minutes for them to serve me and all the sauces I ordered were not even in the bag. Read moreWhat food?? My daughter and I took a 4 mile bike ride last week to McDonald's to get ice cream cones. We left later than planned, and got to the doors about 10:10-10:15pm. To my surprise, the doors were still open, so I went to the counter to order. About a minute later this employee wanders over, looking at me like I was a creature who emerged from the sewer, and muttered something like, "Do you need something?" I responded, "Yes I'd like to order." He then walked away.... No response. Just left to tell some guy in the back, "Someone's in the lobby trying to order." That "some guy" then comes up to kindly take my order. Just kidding! He then tells me somebody forgot to lock the doors and they're not taking orders in the lobby. Not, "Whoops! We forgot to lock the doors, but seeing as you're already in here, I can EASILY take your order and tell you nicely you'll have to dine al fresco (which we planned to anyway)." Instead, as my daughter and I got on our bikes, the employee LOCKED the door behind us, before we could have the audacity to try to run inside to order again.) Before you start worrying if we went home hungry, don't worry, Taco Bell's lobby was open and we got some wonderful cinnamon twists there! I would like to note that this location in particular has some of the best fries I've ever had. They are consistently fresh and perfect, which is why I come here frequently. And the employees at the drive-thru window are great at taking your order and getting you your food promptly. It's just a shame the employee who was so quick to throw us out didn't think for 2 seconds, "Maybe I could offer excellent customer service in this empty restaurant instead of saying we're not serving inside anymore." Read moreThis place seems very unorganized I came and ordered two sandwiches off the breakfast menu they made me pull forward and wait which is fairly normal for McDonald's after 20 minutes I walked inside and and at the register looking back into the work area everybody were in groups deep in conversation about personal stuff which I get but after standing there for a really long time I was finally noticed apparently my order was either forgotten about or served to somebody else I stood there for about 3 minutes well they cook the new sandwiches which is odd why they couldn't have just done that the first time instead of making me drive around and wait then on my way to work I go to eat one of the sandwiches and they gave me the wrong sandwiches I had ordered a bacon and egg cheese McGriddle and I got a sausage McGriddle I've been here two times the last time I was here my order was made fairly quickly it was just wrong but they took care of it properly this time I feel as though even when I repeated my order several times in a row they still got it wrong as a business owner seeing what I saw I would contribute it to the fact that it seemed as though it was a social Gathering in the workplace so minds were just not focused...
