Food is usually fine, about as good as you can expect for fast food, that's not why I'm writing this. I'm writing this because ever since this place has opened, it has had the worst service I've ever experienced in my years of food service. It's not that they're rude to customers, but they're just terribly slow at it. It's something I thought would change, but for years this place has been the slowest fast food location I've ever known. Regularly will you have to wait 30 minutes for your food, it doesn't matter if you wait inside, in the drive-through, or even if you order online. Many times have I ordered online, showed up 30 minutes later, and still wait another 10 minutes at least. It's beyond frustrating because often I have to get food for my work and I end up losing sometimes hours of work I could've be doing instead of waiting. I've never written a review for any restaurant but never have I had so many terrible experiences at one restraunt in a row and over the course of years. I think a big reason for this is because they keep putting the wrong people in management. I know this because, guess what? I've spent so long waiting for food I can see what's going on. The managers have no business being managers, regularly are they talking to other workers and having too much fun at the expense of the customers. There is no sense of urgency and no efficiency coming from them, or the rest of the crew for that matter. They dont care that you've been waiting that long, they will make no attempts to speed things up. If you're reading this and work there, quit. I understand you're underpayed and unappreciated, but so is the rest of the work service in this country. You're not special in this regard. Protest by quitting, or simply just do better because it's really not that hard. Have a massive walkout, I don't care, something...
Read moreI was very disappointed with this establishment and very happy I didn't stop here to eat. As a delivery driver, time is money. I waited over 15 minutes for my pre-ordered food. There weren't any customers seated, only 3 people in line, and the drive thru wasn't that busy. The two young ladies working the front were working diligently to complete orders for the drive-thru and walk-ins. There was only one young man in the back making the food. After about 8 minutes of waiting, out walks the 30-something male manager with another young male from somewhere in the back. They come to the food prep area and speak to the other young man who was working. The next thing I see is all three males together going into the freezer at the back. I looked at one of the young ladies and said, "What the heck are they doing? She said she didn't know but looked very frustrated. When the other young lady saw what they were doing, she said that she would get my order ready for me. She couldn't complete it, because the food wasn't being made. The male workers and manager came back out of the freezer approximately 5 minutes later. The manager was acting as if he was the same age as the young boys, which is okay to feel young, but when you're not functioning properly in the capacity of the job you're hired for you should be demoted or let go. The picture of the pile of trash is from my second trip in to pick up an order. The two young ladies should never have had to cover for the misbehaving manager and two young males. This is by far the worst run establishment I have stepped into, and that includes the ones in the questionable neighborhoods. I hope the owner reads this and corrects the problem before they lose their store. You can manage an establishment and get along with your staff, but acting like a teenie bopper and ignoring customers doesn't bring...
Read moreFor my first visit to this restaurant, it was a terrible experience. The lobby had many people there already waiting for their food. There was a long wait to put in the order. We ordered two chicken sandwich combos. Of course we were given cups for drinks. We stood in line for the drink machines. Would you believe that, even with two drink machines, all the carbonated beverages were out except for Diet Coke and a fruit drink? No one was trying to fill them or let customers know that there were basically No Drinks. The wait for our sandwiches and side was horribly long. Meanwhile they were steadily taking orders and letting people go over to the drink machine to push buttons like playing a penny slot machine. There weren't even drinks in the drive thru! After much frustration and back and forth with the employee, we were finally granted a second side to replace the drink. We noticed all the orders had to be translated. Also, they were lining up sandwiches on the back counter to be bagged, supposedly according to the ticketa. Amazingly, no one became irate or demanded a refund. Of course, at home, when we opened our bags one of the sandwiches had some spicey red sauce on it. WTW? Definitely not what was ordered. The mashed potatoes were gritty and cold, and there was no gravy or butter. The Mac and cheese was mushy and tasteless. The one sandwich that was correct was pretty good. We did not go back to allow them to correct the order . We really doubt that they could. I've only encountered empty drink machines here in Arizona. I am not opposed to places shutting down when they run out of drinks. Surely there must be some way to check when it's almost empty. Everyone behaves as though they had no idea they were getting low. Someone there is in over their head and should not be...
