UPDATE: THIS LOCATION HAS GOTTEN EVEN WORSE!!! I ordered 3 Quesadilla's (even held up the number three with my hand while ordering) - cashier only placed an order for 1 (had to reorder and pay for the 2 additional after receiving the food - I don't mind paying for the food but would have appreciated that my order was put into the system correctly the FIRST time). I also ordered 1 Nacho Fries AND a nacho fries box (no sour cream on the burrito no lettuce on the taco) - they only placed an order for the box and not the additional fries (Nacho Fries were were ordered first and we added the Nacho Fries box after ordering other items) I ordered 2 cinnamon twists - only received one and had to ask for my second one I paid for - not the first time we have had to ask for our food that we have paid for because it was not given to us. Had to correct the order twice in the store - once home I noticed missing Nacho Fries and sour cream on the burrito (that I asked for no sour cream) - called the store to have it ready, and stated three different times on the phone NO SOUR CREAM and NO LETTUCE! Drove back to the store and picked up the box (by this time it was the THIRD time we had corrected the order and it was STILL WRONG)!! Thankfully I checked the box for accuracy, LOADS of sour cream on the burrito and lettuce on the taco (but there was no cheese for some reason) and finally had the correct order after the FOURTH time!! Not the first time burrito and taco were completed incorrectly at this location nor is it the first time that they did not give me the cinnamon twists that I ordered and paid for. Also NOT the first time I have had to return to the store to have my order corrected! Usually in store is better than drive-thru but this was just ridiculous!
Almost half the time we go here, either miss part of our order, or screw something up on it. Apparently, they don't mind screwing customers out of their money, by not giving them what is ordered, and paid for. And the usual response is "im sorry, I will talk to them about it, and we will give you some extra cinnamon twists." How does that help, when you forgot the cinnamon twists in the first place? I guess I have to go back to double checking my order every time wee go through the drive...
Read moreThis is absolutely the worst location of Taco Bell I have ever been to. After waiting more than 45 minutes for our food to come out I finally got frustrated enough to go up to the counter to ask them what was going on with my order. At that point we found out that half of my order had been sitting on the counter for 20 minutes with the other half had not ever being prepared, and I was told that my order had been lost, by the manager who was standing in the back of the kitchen yelling this at me, and that they would remake my order. I waited another 15 minutes while drive-through orders are being called out and sent through at a rapid pace, before my food finally came out. While standing at the counter for that 15 minutes waiting for my order to come out another patron and I noticed a employee in the back frying chips, and eating them with the same gloves that she was preparing peoples meals with. They also started turning away patrons who came into the restaurant. The manager never came up to the front to apologize to any of the customers who had been waiting. She continued to work from her back kitchen yelling at people up in the front of the restaurant waiting for their food. The employee who was taking the orders at the front register was getting chastised by the same manager saying that it would be a write up if he was taking large bills again due to a counterfeit he had taken, in front of all of the customers so that we could hear. I have never in my life had such poor food service experience and lack of management...
Read moreFirst Responders were outside of this Taco Bell tonight making an arrest while also providing what looked like medical care. With the nighttime heat still being brutal I thought it would be nice to get the fire and police a drink or snack from TB. I asked Don the Manager on shift if anything could be comped for them. I said I was willing to deliver it and tell them of TB's generosity or they could have a staff member deliver it. My attempt for gratitude to our first responders was declined due to the manager stating he "would get in trouble for giving away any free items". He said, "The first responders are just doing their jobs like he and his staff were and they don't get free or discounted food". The conversation was stern but calm and I did try to express that the FR's are the ones we call when in need of help. Especially this day and age I think they could use a little bit of appreciation for the extremely dangerous job they do. I was told it is a corporate TB's decision to not gift free items to FR's. If that is true that is horribly sad and that decision needs to be changed. Along with offering discounts to our service members whom aslo work hard to keep us all safe. Where is the love for our defenders TB?? All I know is that will be the last time I will be going to any TB. I did end up buying the FR's $20 worth of tacos and the Surprise PD were very happy...
