Slowest Starbucks I have ever encountered. 15 people standing in the lobby waiting on drinks, one person making drinks and seven others standing around. Absolutely zero sense of urgency. Internet is still not setup? How long did it take for the bulding to be built and they didn't think about needing it ahead of time? Who's complete failure does this fall on? The inability to order ahead online is one of the most amazing inconveniences and forces customers to stand in a 30min long line inside or in the drive-thru. Now, I understand this spot is quite new, to their defense. But, management or ownerships failure to put seasoned, experienced personnel in-place to train prior to opening shows a severe lack of experience and forethought on their end. So today was prom and I regret wearing the heels that I did because they hurt my feet so bad but they coffee there so I had lots of coffee but it wasn't as good as yours but it was coffee and all they had was the chips, soda, water, and chocolate fountain but all of the stuff for the chocolate fountain was gone and the soda was gone pretty much everything thing good was gone except the chips they swapped the empty for the full boxes and my friend was like grab the box and walk out and say they are just shoes but I said no instead we just went and got prom pictures and had a blast my feet are killing me but it was worth it especially for a night on the red carpet and meeting my teachers and talking to other people and taking...

When I visited StarBucks, it was CRAZY busy. "Great Location" Young lady at the front all smiles and giggles very, very, very friendly. GREAT customer service taking my order easy order I'm T2 Diabetic limited what I can have . Got a Trenta Cold Brew light cream with two Stevias! The barista immediately asked if the sweet cream you wanted or regular 1/2 & 1/2 good catch some Starbucks put sweet cream in the cold brew. Really appreciated that. Waited maybe 10 minutes for my drink, and I expected as how really busy they were inside young lady making all the drinks fullfigured / short hair made it yelled, my name greeted, and thanked me for coming in.
