Came here for the first time today. I ordered the Greek wrap with steak for the protein, and an Arnold Palmer (Mango green tea). It’s all ‘To Go’ either through their drive-thru, or pickup. Once home the wrap was enjoyed for the flavors, and steak. Lettuce, feta, olives, tomatoes, onions, and tender beef. What they could improve upon is wrapping the wrap better as it fell apart midway. The drink had a lot of ice. It was half filled by the time I had drank the contents; so it had more ice than that as the ice melts. When I ordered I swear I asked for easy ice, but that doesn’t show on the receipt. Learn and live. My check total came to $10.95. A fair value. I don’t know how often I’d come here. Wish there was a sit down dining area; or one outside when the weather is nicer.
Update/Followup: Interesting exchange in emails. You’re sorry at first, and offer $8 off online using a promo code. It’s only good for 14 days. It also requires creating an account. Who wants another username and password? To wit I explained. You then responded with an e-card of $10 off for my next visit. Somehow the thinking is more important on your rating than it is customer satisfaction. The issue is customer service. It’s on you if you want to buy my next meal. Will it resolve the fact of poor assembly of a wrap; or jamming a cup full of ice? I would have been content on a free beverage to my liking of “easy ice.” The wrap was good, just poorly assembled. And the egregious amount of ice that limited how much beverage there was leaves the question of the 24oz beverage. Being a ‘Drive-thru’ and ‘Pick up To Go’ affords no dine-in experience; with a chance of a free refill. Not my idea of dining out. Even the Chick-fil-A on Waddell affords outside dining, and free refills for one’s beverage. Customer Service isn’t that hard or difficult. It starts with treating others how you wish to be treated. Attention to details shows the care. Good luck. I might return one day to see if anything has improved. If it does, I’ll definitely edit this review...

It's been 6 months since my original review and there has been some improvements. The portions are actually correct now and the service is better. If you do an online order however, you can end up waiting 30 minutes like I did. The price is shockingly low and it only cost about 25$ for 4 wraps and 5 drinks. You can't get a deal like that anywhere nowadays. They definitely redeemed themselves in my eyes and I would recommend this location.
Original Review
I was very excited for this location to open as I frequently go to the one on Litchfield and Bell, unfortunately I don't think I'll be back.
Wait time was reasonable THIS time but be prepared to wait, as there is normally an absolutely ridiculous line that puts Dutch Bros to shame and it moves at a snails pace.
The service was shockingly awful. When asked sides came with the kids meal, we were met with an AUDIBLE irritated sigh and an attitude. "All of the sides" is apparently what you can get, but the young woman was so seemingly irritated at our audacity to order there, she failed to realize none of the sides were posted and we were asking what was available.
On to the food; Easily the smallest portions I have ever received from a Salad and Go. The pictures attached are of the "kids protein box". The packet of ranch is literally bigger than the amount of chicken in the box. Yes, you read that right. You get more condiment than meat in the "protein box". Even now, I'm preparing to make a second dinner for everyone as these portions are simply laughable.
I will not be visiting this location again and seriously suggest to just drive 15 minutes down the way and go to the Litchfield and...
Read moreWent yesterday and leveraged the app to order. Arrived 1 min before the “time on app” buzzed and waited about 2 min for someone to come and ask my name…. 15 minutes goes by with 2 more cars behind me in the mobile Order line and I buzz again. I asked if I should pull around if their orders were ready and he laughed and said no you are fine….. another 5 minutes goes by and the lady brings me the drinks and bag and not in a good mood. And the salad lid wasn’t even secured on and it dumped inside the bag. I watched car after car get orders via the normal drive thru line. I could have went through it 4-6 times by time I actually got my food. Frustrated and annoyed. Sons kids meal was short on the sides and barely any put in his meal. Not sure I’ll ever go to this...
