Buccilli's Pizza — Restaurant in Surrey Township

I love pizza and this is the only decent one near. But BOY have they been dropping the ball. Pizza came not even cut just half a$$ed lines in it to look like it was cut. Toppings were only put on maybe half of the pizza rest was pretty much just cheese with a sliver of topping. Last few years it’s been deteriorating in quality and it kinda blows. Really hope they bring it together soon.

No one answers phones good came 50 min late when ordered 2 1/2 hours ahead had to talk through a app since the restaurant has such bad communication. Which would be understandable if someone atleast told me what was going on. Order was given wrong , sent back (they asked for it back after a finger was put in since it looked like normal sauce and I checked before eating it but whatever maybe they need it for evidence) made mine gave mine to the wrong address then never informed me that it had to be re made. Then I get maybe 10 chunks of pineapple and not even ham on the whole pizza. Just in huge chunks...

There was NOT any pizza out there for at least 45 minutes. I did NOT insult any of your staff. She wanted to give me a discount on them not eating pizza. I told your staff I don't want a discount cause I'm not looking for a hand out just charge me full price cause I will never eat from there again. I belong to a huge Motorcycle Community that will never eat there again as well. If this is true at all post the video showing me that I'm wrong unless you know the real truth. I didn't swear one time. Everyone in the dinning room agreed with me cause I wasn't wrong. SHOW THE VIDEO IF YOUR RIGHT I WANT EVERYONE TO SEE IT...

I would never eat there again. They charged me for 3 people which 2 couldn't eat because they took so long to get food out. I was left there still waiting for food 15mins after they left. They say they have video showing me insulting staff that i didn't but...

Went here for lunch me and my fiance decided to get the buffet, my fiance ate but I was having a hard time I have health issues so eating after I wake up is sometimes very difficult. this particular day I was having issues all I had on my plate were 2 cinna sticks and a piece of pizza I couldn't eat after eating 2 cheesy sticks I asked to take the pizza home with me and the cinna sticks because all I ate were 2 cheesy bread sticks as we paid the bill they said they would have to charge me separately for the pizza and 2 cinna sticks I paid $9.99 to eat 2 cheesy sticks that upset my stomach do not order from the buffet if you think you may not eat anything while you are there and would like to take your meal afterwards was not going to pay $5 extra to take home my meal I didn't even eat when I was there never coming back do...
