I've had enough of this place. Inattentive to detail, always takes 20 minutes to get 3 subs, regardless if they are busy or not.
If that's not enough, had to drive back twice after getting home and discovering they made the wrong subs. Their response is "We'll make you some new ones, would you like a cookie while you're waiting?" The owner seemed like he could careless, as all he did was give me a 3 second look as i brought back the subs.....Not to mention the countless times i order no onions, but get home to find onions.
So i decided to order online, thinking they'd have to read my order, therefore possibly getting it right. Problem was i had a coupon for 3 subs for price of 2 which they told me i couldn't use because i ordered the subs online......I then started to wonder if i'm in the Twilight Zone.
I don't need this.
I think if i ordered there again, they'd have to allow me to go back where they make them, so i could supervise them to make sure they make them right. I can see a mistake here and there, but when it's a pattern, it's a different story.
If they can't respect i work hard for my money i'm handing over to them. Then i'll go to the one in Pewaukee. End of problem.
If you don't mind being inconvenienced and disrespected, then this location should work...

I got bit by a tic inside while sitting waiting for my order. I had to wait at least an additional 20-30 minutes after the estimated time their website said it would be completed. It was during a peak time and they didnāt have enough employees working at that moment. Every time I come to any cousins subs location I request my sub not to be āguttedā and they remove bread every time. This time they forget to put bacon on my sub that I paid for and there was also a large piece of green pepper skin larger than the biggest cheese curd I ordered. They made some bacon and gave it me in a cup so I can place it on my sub instead of them throwing away my sub and making a new one. The order taker/drive thru employee apologized for my sub having no bacon. Another serious complaint I have is the music always seems to be way too loud inside at this location. Iām a fairly laid back guy, so this stuff doesnāt really bother me, but most people would be upset the service I continue to get at Cousins Subs. After our order was placed she rudely advised me our coupon could not be accepted and walked away. Not a big deal I was thinking as my elementary age child spoke up and said "she is rude". We waited in the drive-through for at least 10 minutes as she kept walking past us before she opens the window and say something about us pulling ahead, that we are blocking the window. I asked if I needed to come in and get the order or if someone was bringing it out? She cackled and said she cancelled the order because we could not use the coupon. So after sitting there forever as she could clearly see us waiting, now I'm really upset! Needless to say we left without our dinner and will never return.
