It seemed very chaotic behind the counter, vey young workers. I ordered two custards. They gave me the cone right away and that started melting while I waited for the second one. There was one person making concrete mixers and sundaes. I saw what looked to be my dish sitting on the counter after it was done as the person went on to make five other dishes and give those to various people. He finally put it behind the counter in a little well and there it sat. There were four employees standing around behind the counter so I stepped up. Get the chicken tenders and no sauce, have to get my own drinks on take out, Will be ready at X time, and still have to wait. Ordered online as usually do last week, get my time to pick up and show up on time but wasn't ready (no big deal waited 2 minutes) as I wait I proceed to count 15 employees working. 3 of said employees were standing in the front by the counter doing nothing besides talking. I get home with my food and I didn't have my cheese curds I ordered. Let me sum up my experience by saying I had to wait 20 minutes to find out that the computer had dropped my order talk to One employee who was completely unhelpful. Talk to the second employee he went to the manager manager printed out my order got my order filled never talk to me. The other employee handed me my order. Get to my destination that was about 12 minutes down the road open up my bag and found out that one of the two fry orders was missing.
