Worst customer service experience ever!
I Placed a mobile order for iced coffee and 7 boxes of kcup coffee. When I arrived, the drink was ready but no coffee.
When I inquired about the coffee, they seemed perplexed. They then discovered they only had 3 of the 7 boxes I had already paid for. When I asked for a refund, they told me I would have to call 1800Starbucks because they could not issue refund for mobile orders.
When I called 1800Starbucks, the woman seemed confused that the store had told me they couldn't issue a refund. After placing me on hold for over 20 minutes, she told me she called the store and they thought I got 5 of the 7 boxes and so she would refund me for 2 boxes. Are you kidding me? She then told me I would need to call the store if I didn't think it was correct. I asked to speak with a supervisor at 1800Starbucks and was put on hold for another 20 minutes until I finally hung up. Unbelievable!
I placed a call to the store manager. No response.
As of yet, no return call, and no explanation as to why the store couldn't refund me when I was there.

I typically order my drinks ahead of time on the mobile app and the first time someone took my drink they apologized and made me a new one. (The drinks are set to the side for mobile orders) The second time I ordered two drinks on the mobile app and again my drink was taken but the other one was ready for pick up. I commented that once again someone grabbed my drink no one apologized and I had to wait 10 minutes for them to remake the other drink meanwhile my second drink was now cold. I know not a big deal but Starbucks drinks arenāt cheap I would at least expect them to apologize. I noticed a huge change too in staff recently. They arenāt friendly like the old employees used to be. It always starts the day fresh when you get a morning coffee with a friendly welcome but instead they seem to be irritated that your ordering a drink. Maybe Iām just a bit of a fuss but itās always nice to have good customer service. I will still frequent this location but will no longer order on the mobile app to avoid my drink...

But today I am not at all happy. I waited in the drive-thru for literally 30 minutes for a drink and a food item (which was incorrect by the way). The drive-thru line had become so long that cars couldn't get out of the parking lot, nor could cars even drive past the store because the line had extended into the street in the plaza. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant but was given something with egg in it instead which I never would have ordered. After waiting for 30 minutes and now being late to where I was going, I didn't complain about my sandwich being wrong, but I am so incredibly disappointed. I instead had to go across the street to McDonald's for a sandwich, and bought a Monster for my caffeine. This saddens me because like I said, I am a huge supporter and spend way too much money at...
