I always think "its been a a while let's have Applebee's", then I order my food and remember why its been awhile. This location sucks(honestly though its the area/people today)! Order is wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!!! Majority of the time its small things we can deal with, like not having sauce or dressing, missing side, more then normal I've had missing meals/wrong meals, its a fight and a hassle to get their issues resolved/fixed/refund but last night was my final straw. I placed my order for pick up, selected my items, verified the order was correct and placed it. At pick up, there was an item we didn't not order that had replaced my meal. No idea how the other item got ordered/changed when everything was correct at checkout, clearly something with their website caused this to happen. Due to the to the lack of customer service at this location, I was not offered a refund or my correct meal, in fact they tried to make me rebuy it. The manager I spoke with sounded confused and offended that I called and wanted either a partial refund or my correct meal, and said that she cannot refund mobile/ online orders which I know is false. I have ptsd/stress related seizures and due to the stress of the situation and not being able to eat I had a seizure last night. This caused my boyfriend not to eat his meal as he was attending to me. Read moreOne time we did order takeout, and we are unhappy with our order and the manager, give us gift card to use it at that location upon-dining in we took the gift card to go eat dining in and I had placed an order for spinach and artichoke for appetizer which had a weird taste to it as if it was a fish oil taste, I told the waitress about it calmly and not mad about just wanted to let them know that it tasted the way it tasted. She she told the manager and After that, she came back and she said the manager took it out from tab and then after that we pay and give the gift card and the manager came out very rude. Didn’t apologize for anything about the weird taste in our dip, he was telling us that he sold hundreds of them of day here I have no complaints besides from us and we told him we’re not mad about it. It just happens, he never apologized just came out with a rude tone. But didn’t come out when I complained about my food when it arrived but wanted to come approach me at the end when I presented my gift card to. Very weird and unprofessional most of the time and I have experience in this field BOH FOH we address things immediately and comp out customers so they don’t have a bad taste in the their mouth pun intended. Read moreWe were trying to have a nice mommy daughter lunch bc it’s my dad’s angelversary but minutes before our food came out my 20month daughter slipped out of the booster seat in our booth and knocked her head so hard she started throwing up. I handed my card to the server to pay for our drinks so we could get her checked out ASAP and then within minutes the food came out. Brandy our server was awesome I told her not to box up food I jut needed to get my daughter to the dr. I saw Brandy run back to I assume check with the manager on comping food which apparently was denied as I was charged for both meals. Instead of leaving right away I decided to have them box up food since I was paying for it which in hindsight would spoil anyway as we wait for my daughter to be seen. Initially I wasn’t that upset but as I sit here thinking about it what difference does it make to the manager to comp a less than $25 meal. It would’ve been a nice and a thoughtful gesture for a decent human to comp the meal so I could have focused on managing our tears and be on my way to get my little girl quickly seen. I’ve worked in the service industry as a manager and wouldn’t have thought twice about it even prior to becoming a mom.
