New cook or something? I'm not sure if there is a new cook or new person who puts the plates together or what has changed.. but the past few months we have noticed a major decline in the amount and quality of freshness of the food. We do order once a week most weeks at work and the Cali chicken wrap up until a few months ago had an actual portion of chicken in it. However since about 3 months ago the amount of grilled chicken has significantly declined.. to the point where this week and last week my Cali wrap only had 6 tiny cubes of hard chicken in each half. Yes.. hard chicken too as if it is cooked days before hand and not even sealed well so it gets that hardness chicken gets when it sits out. It sucks when something you like for so long suddenly shifts drastically in a negative way. Even the turkey club has changed.. now it seems they are using that slimey gross deli turkey meat where as a few months ago they were using quality turkey meat sometimes we would think it was carved right from a real turkey. We ask for fries well done and they never are (which is whatever)... Do restaurants sabotage you when you become a regular? Because I am far from picky but the inconsistencies, not just here but so many regular restaurants we frequent and have been ordering from for years have all just really lost their consistency in the quality of food and the amount of chicken I just can't even believe the person who is putting those wraps together thinks that is an acceptable amount of chicken.6 tiny cubes of chicken and the rest of the wrap all just rolled up wrap inside of itself. The Service and greeters are awesome here and they do try to help and correct their errors where needed anytime we call about any complaints or errors.... but i also don't want to have to call and complain every week either and do feel bad as I know everyone is understaffed everywhere still.... it just is a real bummer now-a-days..starting to run out of places...

Highly disappointing experience - I visited this restaurant hoping for a special Mother's Day celebration with my family, but unfortunately, the experience fell very short of expectations. The problems began with seating arrangements. Despite confirming twice that our extended family’s reservations would be adjacent to our table, this didn't happen. While we were seated on time, our relatives had to wait 20 minutes past their reservation time for a table to open. Service was exceptionally slow and impersonal. Our waitress took 10 minutes just to approach our table, another 10 minutes to bring drinks, and was completely absent throughout our meal. When we ordered appetizers, we waited 20 minutes only to be informed by a busser (not our server) that they were out of calamari. The entree situation was even worse. After ordering, we discovered they were out of three menu items we had tried to select. When our replacement choices finally arrived 45 minutes later, they were completely unacceptable: steaks were ice cold and overcooked, asparagus was practically raw, and side dishes were incorrect (home fries substituted for mashed potatoes without being asked if that was ok or given any warning). When we complained, the manager promised fresh steaks, which arrived drastically undercooked to the point of being "purple rare." Throughout this ordeal, our server never checked on us or our food quality. Our extended family experienced similar issues - they were somehow served the "baked stuffed shrimp" that we were told was unavailable, though with small shrimp instead of the normal size for that dish. They also received missing sides and poorly prepared food. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere, especially for special occasions. This restaurant failed on every level - reservation management, service, food quality, and basic...

UPDATE: VALENTINES DAY 2024 Enjoyed another wonderful meal there tonight celebrating love on VALENTINES Day! We had an early reservation at 4pm, so we were seated immediately not far from the fireplace. Guy, was our waiter this evening & did not disappoint. We ordered a couple of drinks while deciding what to order. We started with the cauliflower bites as an appetizer & it was delicious! I would have been happy with just a beverage & the cauliflower. We ordered the steak tips and chicken Parma for our meals. The chicken parm was HUGE!! Way too much for one meal. I ordered the tips medium well with mashed potatoes & broccoli. The tips were cooked to my satisfaction but were served barely warm. Everything else was warm so I did not complain..just a timing thing. We were offered dessert, but passed because we were so full already.

August 2023 Celebrated my SIL's birthday with family here on a Saturday night in late August. Party of 6. Very attentive young waitress was on top of things. Food was served promptly & at the correct temperature. Same with drinks. We had a variety of entrees from the night's specials, steak, seafood, bolanese & fish..I believe we all cleaned our plates! Again, our waitress was right on top of things and offered more drinks when appropriate & cleared the table when needed. She brought the birthday cake out as soon as asked & provided the plates/forks needed. She was a great waitress!

Party of 6, not including tip but with some alcohol about $250. No appertizers...
