Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Swartz Creek

Ordered my pizza at 630pm waited 45 minutes before going to pick it up. Waited another 30 min in line watching several people in front of me get the wrong pizza or they lost their order. Got to the counter and the guy at the register tells me he "cant find my order". He then claims he refunded my card but it will take a day or two to show up on my statement. Meanwhile the rest of the frustrated patrons in the lobby were trying to get the manager to come to the front for damage control...she never even acknowledged multiple requests. For about 10 minutes there was no one in front helping anyone and the register drawer was open. At one point the employees were laughing and mocking the frustration of the remaining customers in the store. It was a very very poor showing. I have never had an issue with this store before but there was almost a riot in the store! Regardless at 8oclock i finally left with no pizza a questionable refund and higher...

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Ordered a pizza for delivery at 8pm on a monday night, first of all while we are trying to give our credit card over the phone they hang up in us. After calling back 3 times because noone would answer finally get to someone to give the rest of the information. Then were waiting for the pizza and 30 mins later someone calls us from there and hangs up again. We try to call back for almost 15-20 mins NOONE ANSWERS the phone again! My husband finally had to drive up there at 9pm because we are starving and they say to my husband, oh this is the one I was telling you about to another girl, and shes like I took the payment it says PAID. They ask us if it got delivered and were like OBVIOUSLY NO thats why were here!!! Then someone walks out of the back and says is this for Ed, so THEY NEVER DELIVERED IT! I moved in Swartz Creek a year ago. Ordered pizza from these guys a year. Never had an issue until I called up there tonight. Sept 28 2023 whoever the jerk working manager wise decided to argue with me because I wanted a refund over wrong toppings. It wasn’t even a big deal and then he started getting loud and yelling at me. Needless to say will never order pizza from here again. And I’ll definitely be watching my card because I don’t trust the manager. I’m sure he didn’t refund me my money. Who doesn’t eat meat on pizza? Like I said I ordered for a year. All I had to do was look back in my orders and see I’ve never done that before and he wanted to argue with me saying that’s what I ordered. I’m saying listen man you guys miss heard it’s OK I just need my money back especially after him yelling I don’t want them doing something weird to my food.
