Getting tired of being shorted everywhere I go. At nighttime at this location you can expect: fries that taste like cardboard, consistently forgotten sauces, terrible burger assembly, as well as being overcharged on your order. I placed an order using the mobile app (as always). They said the payment didn't go through so I have to pay, no big deal. I handed over the same card I use in the app, it worked fine. Before I handed the lady my card she told me $9 and change. I told her that was incorrect and said it was $7 and change, as it was on the order in the app. She said it was fine, so I moved on. I had to pull through a second time to get my sauces for the nuggets because they were forgotten. Finally, at home (I live less than two mins away), the fries were slightly warm but had that flavor they get when they're stale, and checking my bank account I was actually charged the $9 instead of $7. Maybe one day I'll learn to stop ordering McDonald's.
Update: So after not eating here for a few weeks I can confirm that they are just as consistent at being terrible as they were before. My quarter pounder with cheese deluxe is drenched in waaay too much ketchup, mustard and mayo. Every bite I take all I taste is mustard and the whole sandwich just drips and falls apart. I took a bite and the tomato crunched! The fries are barely warm but actually taste decent, but oh? No salt.
Another update: Just as trash as before. I decided to take a break from this place for about 5 months. 11pm, felt like having a burger. Here we go again. This time they missed putting the mayo on the whole burger. Instead, half the mayo was on the burger, the other half was in the carton and all over the side. Had to completely reassemble the burger. Tomato again was crap. Then I reach in the bag for ketchup packets (they were actually in there this time) and oh, I now have mayo all over my fingers, and not just a little bit. So now if I actually get ketchup packets I have to wash them before attempting to eat the trash I paid money for. I'll wait a year this time before purchasing trash from here again. They never fail to fail.

Read moreI went in tbis morning to pick up my online order this morning. I forgot to press the "I'm here" after arriving. So, that part is on me for not paying attention. I'll own that. The Shift Supervisor helped me out with that part and then went about her business. But, it's what ensues after being assisted by the manager. There's this elderly lady working there. It's not my first time having an issue with her. After being assisted by the manager, the eldey lady there, saw the manager assist me. She stands just staring at and then snaps. And I quote this rude employee. "ARE YOU DONE YET?" I looked at the lady and responded, "You just saw the manager assist me. What's your problem lady?" Her, and I quote "WELL I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT!!" She says it with a nasty attitude. I watched her walk over to pick up counter, she slams my drink to the counter, tosses my straw and then walks to the back to pick up my food. She brings my food out and decides to get slick with her mouth. She slams my bag onto the counter and while walking away, and I quote her one last time, "SORRY I COULDN'T MAKE YOU HAPPY". If she doesn't know how to do her job, she needs to be fired. She most definitely needs to fired due to her lack of having knowledge of what it means to provide quality customer care. My own Grandfather isn't like this and he's 82. She's quite rude. With a previous visit and she was on shift, I came in to pick up a mobile order. I told her that I was picking up a mobile order. She stands and just stares at me. "OK, But what kind of an order is it? I don't know if your don't tell me!" I literally told her that it was a mobile order" Because she had no clue what she was doing, somebody else ended up assisting me. Again, if she doesn't know what she's doing, either she needs to be retrained or she needs to be put a permanent vacation to Couch Island. Her passport is that pink slip. Read moreThis McDonald's is HORRIBLE! They constantly get my order wrong. They are rude. They usually make me pull over into the waiting area because my order is not ready. Once they forgot about me, other times I have waited longer than 15 mins for one item.
Posting another HORRIBLE review. I went there today. They told me they didn't have an item, when indeed they did. Then I asked if I could add it at the window when i found out they actually DID have it (remember, they told me at the speaker they didn't have it). They told me no, I'd have to back around through the drive thru again. Then they gave us the wrong sauce for our nuggets. That's all we ordered was 2 - 10 piece nugget meals. And their app doesn't work EVER! I was trying to use the $2 off deal. When & if the app actually opens, I sometimes can't get the code. This time they applied it to my online basket when i was actually in the drive thru. When I asked if they could help, they said they can't help us with the app. I wish McDonald's wasn't so convenient.
