Food quality and service are both hit or miss, more miss than hit tho. They cheat on their drive-thru stats by immediately making you pull forward past the last window so they can mark you as being served before you get your food. Tonight I ordered a sandwich with chicken, bacon, tomato, pickle and cheese, they didn’t say they were out of anything at the speaker or in the 5 seconds I was at the window before they made me pull up by the door. Eventually someone wandered out with my bag but didn’t say anything about there being any issues with the order. Got home and my sandwich had chicken and a couple burnt bacon crumbles, no cheese, pickle or tomato. Another sandwich in my order had pickles and cheese tho! Called the store letting them know the issue and the lady that answered said it was because they were out of everything and that the person that brought out the bag should have told me that. I mentioned that the other sandwich had pickles and cheese and she claimed they used the last of everything on that one. I asked for a refund and she said because it was a mobile order she couldn’t refund my money and I had to do it in the app. I told her I couldn’t cancel anything since they marked the order as complete instead of canceling the sandwich they couldn’t make and she hung up on me! I called back to get her name and she refused to give it. Read moreIt's odd that Wendy's on elms road. Pretends to be closed after 10. The lights are off on the drive through screen, the lights work at 9 but not 10 and nobody answers. I went there today at 3:40 to 3:45 there was one car in front of me and nobody behind me. The drive through cashier who was impatient to begin with and later found out just got there. So who knows what she's angry about. It's just bad service. You better have your order ready know what you want and make it as easy for them as possible. Or they will get irritated!! I paid what I believe was 19.68 or 19.86 for my meals. I didn't get a receipt didn't even notice, When I got home the totality of my order was not there. After getting a refund and a lot of attitude.Mind you my refund was only $2.80. I couldn't get a receipt of my original order. That to me is the sketchiest thing why did I not get a receipt in the first place and knowing the time I was there and what I had ordered how could I now not get another Receipt. Read moreDecided to get off of highway I-69 with my husband because we were coming from Grand Rapids on our way back to Livonia and we wanted to Wendy’s so we went in lobby and bathrooms were clean but the management was very terrible. We told the nice polite lady up front that we wanted changes to our burgers and she rung us up for it in the system but somehow we got the complete opposite very ridiculous. And not to say my son was there 2 weeks in a row and order a single and opened and seen part of scrambled egg on his burger and came through the drive through about a week ago and got the wrong food , went in and told us the manger which is the black short lady we’re guessing gave him a attitude and just threw his food to him after she was done bagging it, now with an attitude like this how are you even allowed to be a manger , not only that while me and my husband were ordering the way she talks to employees is completely out of hand and she needs to be fired asap I also wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you want cross...
