Worst customer service ever. Half the time I go with my client, she makes her order and then they shut the window in my face and walk away. When I ring the door bell to place my order (after waiting several minutes for someone to see me standing there and get ignored by other workers), I’m met with a rude attitude. We drove through one day, two separate orders to use our coupons, and the lady rudely told me it’s only one per car (though the coupon clearly states one per customer). Read moreI changed my score to 3* because I got an apology. It seems like everytime we go they never flip the blizzard. I think the policy is you have to or you get it free. The first few times we let it slide because they were pretty busy and we are nice people. It's just a habit I think. We usually go when the same people are working. It could just be the specific employees. The last few times we went was some months ago. There is a little rodent trail behind the drive thru ordering menu. 5 rats went by as I was ordering and went into a hole on the side of the building. The third time there asked for no lids and we got lids so you’re supposed to get a free blizzard because they didn’t flip the blizzard. Some girl claiming to be the manager comes to the window and argues and come to find out she’s not even the manager and that there isn’t a manager on the floor.
