Absolutely the worst! I ordered and paid for my sandwich on the app. I paid for extra meat, extra cheese and avocado to be addled came out to being a good 5$ extra for my sandwich. Also asked for salt pepper oil and vinegar and parm to be added. The left out basically all of the extras I ordered. On top of wanting it toasted.
Then when I called the one who answered the phone started to argue with me about my order when I know for a fact what I ordered. Then manager then got of the phone and evidently thinks that no one has anything better to do than go back down to their store and take all the food back. Sorry some of us still work a full week! I asked for a refund and she basically told me it would be up to corporate and that they couldn’t. So essentially I had money stole from me for items I ordered and did not receive.
Tells me she will address the issue but I am very doubtful that will happen I honestly believe she will say anything to get out of refunding anything. So now I’m sitting without being able to eat because I cannot eat them when they are cold due to being pregnant everything when it comes to that has to be heated to keep me from getting sick.

Was waiting in the drive through (one car ahead of me) so long that we actually had a conversation with the car in front of us, backed up and parked to go inside and get a sandwich from the ONE GUY working and left before the two female employees came back in from there smoke break rite outside the front door. I wish I would have seen names but no one had name tags on. If this was my store, I'd want to know what a mess it is. The one taller red headed guy was trying to do it all and friendly wile he did. Bread was beeping, some kinds were out, the counter had a bit of a food mess as he navigated through it and the inside needed to be swept I was so annoyed with how this guy is doing it all on his own...I had a conversation with him about why he was alone, told him he was doing great and I was appreciative and made a very vocal comment on the way out (rite next to the smoke cloud of employees) that "it's a good thing someone knows how to do a good job". I used to be able to deal with the little mistakes. There is always a little mistake. Not anymore. First of all, when I go through the drive through, I don't expect to be told to come in and get it. Regardless of the REASON, I am a paying and loyal customer. Not anymore. There is a reason I came to the drive through. I've been sick for a month! Your best way to handle that would have been, "let me have someone bring it out to you curbside". After all, you had an employee sitting playing on his phone, someone was able to have me sign the receipt when I came in. There was one customer in line. I also saw someone in the back. I managed a Subway for 6 years! There is no reason for the way I was treated today. I will go to Safeway when I want a sandwich from now on. OH!!
