Overall, the women were extremely rude -- here's my story. When I came up to the window to pay, I was immediately asked to move to the parking lot. There wasn't anyone else in the drive through line at all, but I figured maybe there were people inside. I agreed, but asked if I could get a water with my food. It was almost humorous how baffled the woman looked at the window. She responded with, "You need to go to the parking lot right now!" At this point I was already shocked. Once the food was brought out, I noticed immediately that she forgot our drinks, so I let her know... and yet again, she looked baffled and irritated that she had to go back. While she was inside, we noticed there was an item missing from the bag. We double checked the receipt, and we had paid for it. When she came out with the drinks, I had my receipt ready to show her. I knew this women was already irritated with us, so I made sure to go about this in the nicest way possible. As soon as I let her know about the missing item, there was no baffled expression this time -- she responded with "Oh absolutely not, I am not going to get you anything else so if you want it, you better come get it yourself." and stormed back inside. The real kicker is, when I went inside, there wasn't a single customer in there; just the workers. I still don't understand what went wrong on my end of this encounter. I understand that work isn't always fun, but I don't think I did anything that should have caused this...
Read moreToday on Saturday 8/19/2023 at around 6-7pm my boyfriend and I pulled into the drive through and were not greeted nicely. We sat there for a good 3 minutes without a response until my boyfriend coughed and this lady angrily said over the microphone “order when you’re ready” with a huge amount of attitude. For no reason. We tell her our order, then tells us to pull up to the second window. We come to the second window and she tell us our total, we pay, hands us the bag and immediately closes the window. We then check the bag, and It was not what we asked for . So we look over and she gives us this nasty look and puts up one finger as in signing to tell us to wait, again, with a huge amount of attitude. She opens the window back up and says “what?!” We let her know that what she handed us was not our order, she goes on to say “What do you mean it’s not your order? That’s what you asked for!” My boyfriend then tells her that we had ordered a number 7, then she says “OMG!” And after completely slams the window. Then what seems like a manager or supervisor came to the window and took care of us from there, as she is ranting and going off in the background and he (manager or supervisor) motions to her to calm down. He gets us our correct order, shout-out to him for being kind and understanding and giving us better service than this lady ever could. I hope she has better days. Anyways,...
Read moreWe had a very disappointing experience with this resurgent and acting manager. Three of my girlfriends and six of our children all under the age of 4 - got all bundled up to come to this Taco Bell , with our children dressed up in dragon costumes and our favorite “Dragons Love Tacos” book. We were ready to have a “taco party”. We settled in, read the book, talked about what they’d like to order and when we went up to order the manager very rudely told us they would not serve us because they were understaffed. Meanwhile there were other customers in the store eating their just purchased food.
We were willing to wait longer for food if needed and explained how excited our children were to have tacos. The acting manager rudely stated “Well- I don’t know what to tell you- I’m closing now” and had no empathy for our children or the situation. So we bundled up our children once again- headed out in below freezing conditions and headed to another Taco Bell.
We were very disappointed in how the situation was handled and we had six young children in tears walking out of your doors.
I will never return to this location again and will be sharing our experience across...
