I went to the drive through at 11:50am today2/28/16. Ordered my food at 12pm. There was only 2 cars in front of me. Didn't get to the window until 12:30pm to pay. After paying the young lady gave me my receipt. Then she asked for the receipt back because she can't find the order. Then she tells me to pull forward and someone will bring my food. Then I replied back stating; before I do that are you going to ask me what kind of sauce I want with my 10 piece nuggets and the dressing I want with my side salad. She replies back; I was going to give you bbq sauce and ranch. I said; well correct me if I'm wrong but for the sauce and dressing don't you have options to select from? She replies back; well what do you want? So I told her my son wants ranch with his chicken nuggets and I am allergic to ranch dressing so please...... tell me what do you have available? She yells out "what kind of dressing do we have?". She repeats what one of the employees said. I said; I would like the balsamic dressing thank you. Then I pull forward and after 10 minutes I thought to myself I only ordered a value fry, 10 piece nugget, chicken sandwich, and 2 milk shakes. And here it is 1250pm. What the hell is going on. So I walked in the restaurant and said hello I placed my order over 30 minutes ago, is it going to take another 15 minutes or what? One of the employees said your going to have to talk to our manager. Then the manager yells out and said refund her money and give her food to her. When the food was ready the drive through lady slammed my food on the counter and walked away. And someone else gave me my money back. Before I left I told the manager he needs to train his team and he should have stopped what he was doing and came to the counter to apologize for the inconvenience and told me what he would do for me or something other than yelling. And I would have been fine with taking my food and still paid for the food. I did not get out of there until 120pm for such a small order. When I got back into my car one of my kids said the burger isn't wrapped all the way and my other child said the fries are all over the bag with only 3 fry in the fry bag. Read moreThis will be the third time going here. And each time that I have came, I am always disappointed. More so with the service and the employees than anything unfortunately. The first time when I was there, the lady that set stood behind the register. Started talking about me in front of me out loud saying something like I was using stuff in the bathroom when we just walked in there and we didn't even go to the bathroom to do anything. So whoever was in there smoking, whoever what it wasn't us. And I didn't appreciate that girl saying anything or opening her mouth. In fact, because she didn't know who the hell it was, but she sure did have a lot to say when it came to point the finger at me and my friend. All we wanted to do his order food. We didn't even make it to the bathroom, but we were yelled at and cussed at almost like they wanted to fight with us. I did, however, come back a second time because I wanted to get a deadpool jackball, but she told me that they do not accept cash. There was really rude about it because the jackballs only a dollar something and I didn't I don't know. I just didn't understand why they wouldn't take cash. It was almost like she didn't want me to order anything at all. Now the third time I was there. I went there with my boyfriend after he got off work. I picked him up. We went there to get something to eat because it's on the way home. It's convenient and I like Jack in the box. I love the food and everything when we got there. It took them almost felt like 10 minutes to get to the front. They weren't very busy at all. And then, when taking our order, they told us that they're out of this out of that out of this can't order that sorry, kinda thing. And it was just really disappointing. So we left because we're not able to order anything that we're wanting to eat. So we were very disappointed leaving there. Along with the service every time I go there. Read moreThis is by far, one of the worst Jack in the Boxes you can ever go to, but hear me out. If you have time to waste and want free food, this is the place to go. For several years, my Grandma and I have gone here, and there has been maybe, a maximum of 3 times where they actually got the order right. While some may complain and call this place trash, I will say that if you call in about your order, they will usually replace the full order. All you have to do, is go into the drive through, and come around through the parking lot and check your bags. If everything is as ordered, no problem. Go on your merry way. If it's not, don't hesitate to tear into them for their poor service. You can expect that orders such as "add onion to this burger" ends up on the wrong burger, part of your order is missing, the milkshake machine is down, you were given the wrong fries, the fries are stale, etc. I recommend, that if you want fresh food, order it with modifications. Add vegetables, or subtract vegetables where due, no salt on the fries, no sauce on the tacos, etc. This ensures that they have to make the food fresh. Although, since they have to make it fresh, they're more likely to mess up the order. You can ask for a refund, a replacement, compensatory cheesecake (or other stuff), free beverages, and a list of other things. The key is to be vigilant, and ruthless about getting what you want. Remember, that if the employee taking your order is rude, you could get free stuff for that too. So while this place is naturally a 1 star place to go, I'm going to give it three, simply because it's not hard to get more than you pay for. If you're short on time, are a picky eater, or don't have the patience to deal with this, definitely, don't go here though!
