The staff are friendly and efficient. There is a drive thru, so it stays busy but the guests inside are not ignored or kept waiting to keep the drive thru times down. There is a ton of seating, but the chairs at the tables are so uncomfortable, the seat isn't flat and the sides curve up making it very uncomfortable to turn in the chair, or sit in any way other than sitting up straight like you'd be made to in school. The padded chairs that are meant to be lounged it are slightly better, but a little lower to the ground, it's difficult to lean back in the seat as it's kind of deep. There are plenty of outlets to use, so you don't need to be crammed next to people if you need to use one. I think the only thing missing is a place to sit outside, but even there is a spot to go have a quick smoke and still be able to see your spot without having to haul your stuff out with you. -1 star no blonde roast coffee.
-1 star no greeting no hello no nothing just a blank face. I finally initiated conversation after a 5 second blank, awkward stare.
-1 failed to explain/be friendly for why the blonde roast wasn't there && engage in meaningful conversation on selective alternatives.
