yo I come here all the time. The lady today 9/28 @ 540pm really gave me a drink that had spoiled milk in it. Tasted so gross and I had to confirm with three of my family members to make sure I wasn’t making it up. Definitely ask for the younger ladies that work because the older lady that stays working the pm shift has a habit of never making my drinks right. I’m so disappointed my go to spot served me SPOILED milk, grosssssssss. I feel so bad for the car that was on the other side of me because I wonder how long she was serving the same one!

Update : the workers name is Stacy, once I drove up she knew exactly what I had ordered and denied the chance of the milk being old but went on about how it expires 9/29 (today’s date) whether or not the milk says it’s expired most baristas (I was a barista for only two years and I know this) know how to double check which is easy if they smell it. She must have left the milk out all day for it to spoil like that but denied it so I could be wrong, her only excuse is that she didn’t taste my drink so she only could tell something was wrong by the color difference but gave it to me anyways.. I typically love this place but closing the gate 20 minutes before closing? Unless there's a good reason, not cool. If it's just to start closing the stand down so you can leave at 6, your site says open until 6 so that's how late customers should be helped. As someone who has worked as a barista for most of my life, I have always made sure to keep my lights on and welcoming until the minute I close. If I was the owner I'd be pretty ticked off losing potential customers and profit. If I find I'm in the wrong and the gate was closed for a legitimate reason I will happily change my rating because like I said, I love this place and there are a couple girls that always are so sweet and make my drinks great whether I order coffee or something else. I really find good customer service important in a day and age where it's so hard to get it. I understand everyone wants to go home but the hours are there for a reason. I drive past this stand everyday but today was the first time trying it and I was highly disappointed. It was such a let down because I had high hopes. Maybe it was just the barista but the service was terrible. I started giving her my coffee order, midway she just walks away without hearing what I actually wanted. That was the first upsetting thing. I ordered two hot chocolates as well. When she gave me my coffee it was overflowing so bad it just seeped into my car and I couldn’t even drink it without is leaking all over me. I had to wait for straws and she seemed to have zero intention of coming back after I paid. I am only giving two stars because her coworker saw what happened and when out of her way to try and help.
