The sign on the door says the lobby opens at 6am every day. I arrive at roughly 7:30am, desperately needing to pee (after an hour of driving and a cup of coffee). The door is locked, so I knocked for about 5 min- no answer. So I walk around to the drive through- there an employee finally comes to talk to me. I plead with him to let me in to use the restroom. He says he can’t because the manager isn’t there- this is the first issue. I’ve worked in the food/customer service industry and I know that the manager is the only one with a key to let the employees in in the first place. After continuous refusal to let me in to use the bathroom, I ask where the closest restroom is. He said he didn’t know. I said don’t you live here? He said no- which I knew was a lie because any teenager working a minimum wage job doesn’t go outside their home town to work. Clearly these workers don’t follow their own advertised “open” hours to allow customers in their establishment. They also don’t have compassion over others who are in desperate need to use their facilities. And lastly, they lie when asked for information about their local area. I will not go here...
Read moreStay away unless you like crappy food and terrible service. Seriously, this is got to be one of the worst Jack in the Boxes on the West coast. And I would know having grown up in southern California, having lived in Oregon state for many years, and now residing in Washington State.
I love Jack in The Box, and have been eating at them for over 40 years. This one sucks. it took absolutely forever to get our drive-thru order. Then, of course, they completely screwed it up. Worse still, the burgers were so overcooked they tasted like leather, the onion rings were so undercooked the batter was gooey around them, and the lettuce was either bitter or completely tasteless.
Again, don't disappoint yourself. about a mile down the road is a McDonald's, Wendy's, and Arby's, and a Burger King. No doubt, you will have better luck at one of these establishments.

Read moreI just came through with my fiancé and the drive thru cashier was really rude. My fiancé said he would like a Fanta with the shake on the side the first time we came through and when we drove back through to get the Fanta and our receipt he said that my fiancé did not say that and that he explained the first time we came through that the shake would be replacing the drink. My fiancé cannot hear out of his left ear all that well and it would have been nice if the cashier gave us our receipt so we had a better understanding of what was going on. Instead he argued with us and then proceeded to tell us that we should have listened. After the arguing, I said that I would pay for the drink but he still continued to tell us we should have listened. He eventually did give us our receipt but I would still advise that this Jack in the Box has terrible customer service. On top of the that the restaurant phone number does not work. I would suggest choosing any other Jack in the box and restaurant for that matter than this...
