I am not sure what is going on with your company and employees, however something somewhere seriously needs to change and fast..
It seems like every second or third visit my order gets extremely messed up. The ONLY thing I change and switch is a go between iced and blended. And I ALWAYS order Sugar-free. And like I said every second or third ti.e it is messed up badly. Ti is so overly sweet I can't drink it and get extremely sick. When it is made the right way is is very enjoyable and amazing.
Now here's where the second part of this problem comes into play. After discovering the drink is made wrong I proceed to go back and ask for my drink to be remade. The manager and others get mad at me and act like I am inconvenience to them . But here's the thing about this. IF your employee would slow down. And listen to me and pay attention we would never ha e this problem. And what's worse when I ask if it is Sugar-free and they look me straight in the face and tell me it is when it's not. Is a huge problem. I don't lie, and I am Not in any way rude or disrespectful. And I don't appreciate being looked into my faced and being lied to either. So with this kind of frustration going on I proceed to try and call customers service and get no answer. So I Do leave a message and still get No response or call back.
This by any means is NOT OK and acceptable especially when yall are trying to run a company. IF this is happening to me then how many more customers are dealing...
Read moreThe drive up taking your order is great but the actual drink makers and one certain shift leader could use a lesson in customer service I order my drink with lite ice I got a half a cup so finally I order my drink with 4 or 5 pieces of ice hoping that would ease the ice the next thing I know they said it be an up charge of a dollar because they have to add more product I tell them I’m don’t like a lot of ice I’m not paying you for ice then the shift leader or maybe a mgr comes out with my med.cup of drink about 2 inches from top I ask him what’s this I tell him I would like a full cup he said do you want this I tell him no he turned around said have a nice day I leave not paying so they lost a customer I’m sure they have plenty of customers that accept full ice or even half of a cup that’s fine but you would think it would offset the up charge of people wanting lite lite ice my parents owned restaurants in and around Tahlequah never once an up charge for no ice in drink they had full access to tea and soft...
Read moreUnfortunate for my wallet but fortunate for 7Brew business, I find myself in the 7Brew drive-thru multiple times a week since they opened in Tahlequah.
The drive-thru is quick. I haven’t had to spend more than seven minutes there almost any time I go.
By now, I’ve tried all of the Original coffee flavors and German Chocolate is my favorite! I’ve seen a few other comments on here complaining about ice amount in drinks, but I only order the chiller or hot varieties because I don’t want to worry about ice at all.
I’ve recently switched to sugar alternatives/sugar free, so it has been great having so many options for flavors. I’ve been to every coffee shop in town, and no other business has the variety of sugar free flavors 7Brew does (unless you start purchasing your own sugar free syrups). I have noticed that chiller sugar free varieties that have chocolate flavors don’t really taste like chocolate that much, so I usually ask for additional sugar free Chocolate Macadamia syrup and that...
