I got two shakes and a chili cheese coni well the young lady who brought our order out was way to busy trying to flirt than to go to make my shake again it was a cheese cake shake and she busted the bottom and just put a cup on the bottom my chili cheese dog was cold like it wasn’t even cooked the cheese wasn’t melted it was terrible service I called 10 times no answer so I went to the drive through it took 16 mins to open a window while they was right next to window bc they knew they messed up if I was you I wouldn’t eat here I would go to the other one by the casino there people work there look like druggies and they were so rude to us when they open the window they said okay it’s a simple fix BEING ALL SNOBBY TO MY 12 yr old like boy if it was a simple fix why didn’t you fix the first time you messed up the cheese cake shake wasn’t cheese cake it was vanilla the girl though that took are order should be fired and she look blonde short and had a glasses I don’t want her serving us again it’s unexpected I own a food business of are selfs and my service is never that slow when there only 3 cars the car in front of us was banging on there window and they just screamed at him bc they DIDN'T GET HIS ORDER RIGHT SO THEY DEFINITELY NEED PROFESSIONAL TO COME IN AND SHOW THEM HOW...

Ordered on the app at 12:56 pm, checked into the stall on the app at 1:03 pm at 1:25 pm hit the button was told they would be working on it shortly, at 1:45 pm food finally arrives but was missing items, hit button again and no one come on the speaker after 10 mins so I walk up to the door and the bigger middle aged women manager would not leave her chair at the drive though window to talk to me and the carhop who apparently clocked in 5 mins after I asked wheee my food was had to deal with me.

UPDATE Just tried to call this store again I explained myself to a guy who hung up on me then when I called back the GM of the other Sonic in town “not this location apparently” tried to say the phone was trying to “find its base” whatever that means. and the “GM” of the other Sonic in the town was rude and kept interrupting me after saying sir please stop talking and let me talk.
