Dunkin' — Restaurant in Takoma Park

I go EVERY SINGLE morning & order the same thing. 3 out of 7 days of the week, it’ll perfectly be what I ordered. The manager argued with me one day - I asked for more cream cheese and instead of telling me to buy the prepackaged they had available which I didn’t know about until the END of him fussing with me about, I left. Another day, he called me DIFFICULT for voicing my many dissatisfactions.

I continued to spend my money with them following both situations but now it seems like they’re INTENTIONALLY trying to lose me as a customer as I received something I’ve previously complained about, 3 days in a row- all following my last situation w/ the manager.

My order: strawberry refresher w/ sweet tea less ice & an everything bagel double toasted w/ cream cheese.

I don’t know what’s hard about that? The bagel will either be still cold/raw to the chew or w/ barely any cream cheese covering the entirety of the bagel.. just a dry cold piece of bread. Then they started putting TOOO MUCH after requesting for a LITTLE more but I never said anything and just wiped the excess off because I rather that than dry cold bread. The drink will have 95% tea or 90% juice… not an equal blend with either too much ice or 3 ice cubes when I ask them for less. It’s all or nothing w/ them.

Positive note: The Ethiopian lady at the window (opening shift) is the sweetest & always checked in with me. Thank youu.

Dunkin' is my morning go-to, but this location has paused that for me! I stopped by for the new $6 breakfast; it was very convenient since I didn’t pack lunch for work that day. However, it was not posted in the drive-thru window, and when I inquired about its availability at this location, I was met with annoyance. Begrudgingly, I placed my order and was immediately regretful when I received it. My croissant sandwich was cold in the middle, and my hash browns were soft and unfamiliarily seasoned. I asked for mocha to be drizzled around my cup, but it was only at the bottom. Turning around for a refund or replacement was too much of a hassle based on where this location is, but I will NEVER...

I wish I could give this place less than one star. I called on Wednesday morning and ordered dozens of donuts with a lady named Emily. This was for my daughter's classroom birthday party. I called on Thursday evening to check and see if my order was ready and I was told there was no order placed. Emily failed to place the order. There was no manager to talk to. My daughter was devestated! She carefully selected the frostings that she wanted when we placed the order.

I found this place to be unreliable. Please be aware! Don't let the people here spoil your...
