I walked in Wendy's, and there was a lady who ordered food, and her entire order was wrong. She had about 3-4 bags of food. They had to re-make everything.
After the people in front of me ordered, I placed my order without incident.
People came after me, placed orders, and within minutes were gone. I will chalk it up to they ordered something simple and already prepared.
The people in front of me received their food, but something was missing.
The lady whose entire food order was wrong finally received her 4 bags of food and left.
Someone else walked in and asked if they had several different things, and whatever she asked, they didn't have it available. The only thing I did here was they had no salads prepared. There was a young man that came from the fryer area that stated another young lady opened and she didn't prepare the salads. This young lady happened to be chatting with a customer she obviously knew in the sitting area.
When confronted by the young man about the salads, her response was, "What does that have to do with me?" and proceeded to continue her conversation.
I received my food without incident.
The person who had ordered ahead of me was still waiting for their food.
There was no ice available out in the sitting area where you get your own drinks, so you had to ask for ice from the back.
This location operated at a very slow pace and were very nonchalant with their duties and...
Read moreThe manager was screaming at an employee, not speaking loudly but screaming at. She was screaming at her to stop taking orders and bag her food and get it out. She needed help because she was slammed in the lobby, she didn't need to be yelled at. It didn't even seem to bother the manager that there was a lobby full of customers, she was very unprofessional.I completely understand when food needs to be gotten out, I wouldn't want to stand in line, pay crazy high prices for a tiny burger and fries, then get cold food. I understood the managers wanting two orders taken then food gotten out and so on. What I don't understand is why people think just because they give you a manager title that title makes people think that gives you a right to scream at another person. You should never speak to your staff like that to begin with, not that she was speaking, but to do it with a lobby full of people was so wrong. We left, along with another couple behind us. At one point or another over many years, I worked at many fast food places including Wendy's. I was reprimanded a time or two, but never in my working years was I ever screamed at by a manager. A manager would never let a customer speak to a fellow employee that way, and they should never allow themselves to do it either! I am very disturbed by the way this lady was treated. I will not return to this...
Read moreI wish I can give zero starâs! What an horrible experience.. All I wanted was 2 Dave single meals fresh! I ask when I order can I please have my food fresh not once but twice at the speaker! Than get to the window my food not fresh fries limp over burger dry with old looking cheese on it! I returned my orders and asked again to get my food fresh, the guy came out with the exact same food I sent to them with some re- fried fries! I then proceeded to the window to see a manager with her arms folded up telling me the food was fresh and it just came off the grill as if she was ready to fight about it. So unprofessionalâŚ..Than she admitting that they only dropped my fries and the the hamburgers was fresh when I ordered it..Granted I do understand when business are busy and itâs rush time, sometimes things can get out of whack but I was the ONLY car ordering at the restaurant! I did get a refund but where is the professionalism the care when it comes to preparing a paying guest food! Horrible experience I will never...
