It is a great store they are great employees they do not judge nobody they are so polite and good with everybody I would like to live there these people are more than five stars they earn 10 because they are so good with everything they do it is incredible there was a time that there was some guy that says that he has a service dog his name is Ben Yanks Brown he claims that he has a service dog it is not a service dog to start with this dog was used in a crime against a police officer a year ago his husband called Gary Laurie used it on a officer 60 on the officer calling him the n-word and seeking his dog on a police officer and neither or of these people should have this dog and they both are faking their service dog the dog is even missing a canine tooth on her right side bottom Cold Justice the command that they use to attack is watch it so be aware this man is lying and trying to get a lot of people fired and I know from Dunkin Donuts they might have had one female fired thanks to him for lying about his dog people like him should be punished with a full great of the law besides everything else Dunkin Donuts employees are good and everybody else where I run around or pretty great the problem is that this guy is a troublemaker and he is a thief if you don't give him a dollar if he begs it from you he will steal from you or from somebody as long as he can get what he wants he does not care so...

I had a terrible experience at this location. I bought a meal which came with a coffee. I misunderstood the order and apologized for my misunderstanding and inconvenience it brought to the staff. I gave the coffee to one of the staff members as an appreciation for their hard work and flexibility in this incident. The heavy set lady in the black polo overheard what happened and the terrible experience was born. She quickly became upset and stated that’s on his order and he needs to take. I spoke up and said, “I know and I’m sorry for the misunderstanding. The cashier lady can have it. I still paid for it. It’s ok!” The heavy set lady in the black polo continued to make this situation worse, threw her hands in the air and rolled her eyes. So, I told the coffee and ended up throwing the coffee away which I expressed I didn’t want to do, but due to the managers behavior that’s what needed up happening. We visit this DD frequently and never had this type of encounter. One bad apple ruins the bushel. I won’t visit this store again. DD needs to be aware of the staff they are hiring. Because of her actions, DD lost a customer. Which I know is only a drop in a bucket of water. Please, hold these staff member with this type of attitude/behavior...

Purchased an ice cream cake for my son here & when I wemt to pick it up IT WAS HORRIBLE! 1st I was called by the cake person at 7 a.m & asked if I could pick it up later than 10 a.m because, bottom line, they did not make and store the cake properly so it was at risk of melting, which delayed the entire party. When I arrived at the location the cake looked NOTHING like it was supposed too. It was just a red cake with black frosting all over it, which was bleeding all over the cake! It looked like a blob. It was a complete dissapointment! And it costed me almost $50. I called the cake person back & she told me they would remake it for another day if I wanted, which was highly unacceptable because they had already caused the party to be delayed and, I had guests sitting around waiting for the cake to arrive. She then offered to return my money for the lack of execution, troubles & delays. I was supposed to receive a call back from the manager, whuch never happened. Its been a month & a half, situation was never resolved & no one ever answerd again. Total disappointment & a waste of money. Never again & I wouldnt...
