Sold me a wedding band that was supposed to be 10kt, and when taken to different jewelry store for appraisal turns out it was 8kt Even went back to purchase an another item because they do have good service. As a jeweler you should know the quality of your product and should stand by it but apparently that is not the case. When one idiot leaves an other enters is what there thinking, I don’t recommend this location and if you purchased here before you should have your jewelry tested as well. I bought a 1500 dollar Cuban link the chain color turned horrible looks copper I went in to discuss my concern n they trying sake me a new one smh. Literary put another chain next to it the guy quickly didn’t know what to say won’t exchange unless I pay 600 dollars more. They think they going rip me off again. Instead of taking care of their costumers. I have bought for my kids n my self there multiple times n now this how they treating their costumers. A ruined Christmas Zari jewelers place left me embarrassed after ordering a custom piece. Traveled far to deliver this gift only to be embarrassed with their screw up, Zari jewelers trying to replace it TWICE. With weeks in between.
