Reziero's NY Pizza — Restaurant in Tampa

I stopped in a few weeks ago on a Friday night. I went o get 2 slices and a drink. I noticed they were running low on slices but they had a couple of pepperoni, When they asked if they could take my order I said I would like 2 slices and a drink . They said well I have some people that were a head of you and I don't have a enough. So I asked is there more coming out soon ? I was immediately met with stern NO !!! From a gentleman standing by the pizza oven. I felt like I was going to be forced to buy a whole pizza that I did not want. So deiced to go elsewhere. My point is this was at 7pm on a Friday night over sold your slices and nowhere on the menu or in the store does it say WE STOP SERVING SLICES AT A CERTAIN TIME. I would've waited for more to come out and would've bought more than 2 slices be cause I had my girlfriend with me also. I just felt like a little more customer service could've helped in this situation. I'm sure they would've sold more slices That night because more people were coming in behind me. I will think twice before...

Hi there. We just left from there. The pizza was OK. We were both in a wonderful mood, and I have to say the customer service was terrible. When we walked in all the tables were dirty. The two guys behind the counter were talking to each other, and I was standing there for quite a while Before they acknowledged that I needed something . If I was the owner of this place, I would definitely say something to them. When you work at a restaurant you should go out of your way to make everybody feel welcome, and put a smile on your face no matter what. Just saying it was not very pleasant but my daughter and I had a good time nonetheless. well, after reading your response, it clearly shows that you don’t care at all. Anyway, good luck to you all! This pizza right here. The cheese pizza. SMH, smiling, humming and rocking while wondering how I’ve been alive all of my life and never heard of this place. I have been to New York numerous times. I’ve had pizza in NY. I go for theater every year and late night pizza: real talk. Well, this year I will be going for theater. Reziero’s is my new obsession for pizza. Now, mind you, I will have to drive 3.5 hours but long distance relationships can work. Service, wait time, atmosphere and the adorable kitchen with the screen door that gives you a glimpse into their creation space was so enchanting. I think I could vibe out the owner. He was gracious and thankful and about his business. I genuflect at the door of this joint. Hands down the BEST cheese pizza of my life....
