Only place I go for gyros in Tampa. Best and most consistent flavor in town. Their tzatziki is on point! I even use it to dip my french fries in. And you gotta love that they're one of the only joints that carry cherry fanta out the fountain. Only place I gots to get a soda w my meal. They got a great variety of other food. All kinds. It's just I rarely get tired of the gyros so most of the other stuff doesn't get ordered on the reg. But every time I do, I dont regret it. They're buffalo shrimp is off the chain too. Some locations used to be dirty with unprofessional customer service. Bit they have cleaned up their locations big time. In terms of hygiene/cleanliness and in professional friendly and prompt customer service. Guess they wisened up a couple of years ago and realized peoples standards went up and they aren't going to spend their hard earned money on dirty kitchen and a rude staff. Thanks you corporate for realizing the problem. Thank you management for enforcing the changes. And especially thank you regular employees who keep the whole thing running and taking pride in your jobs and serving every plate promptly, well prepared and with a smile. You're the backbone of a company that makes a great product, and since you're the ones producing that product you rightfully should take pride in your jobs. On January 17 I took a brief lunch break to order food for me and all of my awesome coworkers. I called in my order at 1:34 PM. The reason why I called is because I only had 30 minutes for lunch. The only thing that was good about this order was the young Jamaican man was very helpful on the phone. Other than that, everything else was horrible. I politely waited for my food. I saw at least five people come in after me and have their order taken and receive their food before I was even acknowledged. When she did finally acknowledge that I was waiting, and they then started fixing my food. I had been there for 20 minutes.I went from a quick lunch break to waiting there at least 40 minutes. It was so bad even another customer who got their food before me said are you on your lunch break? I said yes, and she got her food before me. When I finally did receive my food, the only thing she told me is that my name was Arabic and it means beautiful. I told her I did not feel beautiful because I was extremely hungry from waiting. I asked for my fries to be crispy and they couldn’t be farther from what I asked for, but the reason to be unhappy is really the fact that up until 3 days ago I was always able to get this same 20pc wings and fries asking for 10 of the wings to be with sauce and the other 10 no sauce and was told NO because the owner decided he did not want to do that anymore, I asked to speak to the manager or owner and I was told to proceed to the drive thru speaker and there a woman told me the same thing to which o explained I had just gotten the same thing 3 days prior and asked her if this was a decision made 3 days ago and she said “I don’t even think it’s being that long” , I had to get no sauce on all wings and requested sauce on the side which I did not get in my bag and still had to ask for sauce at the window which the male cashier provided as requested then. I am very disappointed that a place I’ve been going to for so many years (20+ years) is dictating now what I can and cannot get when it can easily be done for your customer, it is the same as getting (2) 10pc wings meals.
