Horrible custermer service, are you mad because you work here just resign and look for something you like. I stop for a mangonada and the girl told me we DONT do that here, mind you its in the MENU. Ok.. I asked for a chocolate chip Sunday with extra almonds and whipped cream… they give me the Sunday wrong, no almonds, no whipped cream and it wasn’t chocolate chip. And they tell me they don’t have almonds…. Ok if you guys don’t have anything just close down this location. Or get people that has the...

Love this place, great customer service! Everytime I order for myself and my job they know exactly who I am(drive through) and what I want, which means they take time to remember and learn faithful customers! Nothing like an ice coffee with whipped cream with a shot of Turbo to start your day of dealing with 30 to 50 children for 11 hours a day! Thank you Dunkin Donuts East...

I would like the district mangers number to this location they are rude sat at driveway 10 minutes before being acknowledged then when I gave them my order they didn’t even listen then got mad when I yelled at them that the customer service was poor when I called they wouldn’t give me managers name this place is ran by children and all staff needs to be REPLACED ..
