Be very careful purchasing from this store. They sell non working appliances and once you pick up, they don’t care about the rest of the story. I bought a brand new washer and dryer that don’t even work. There was water in it when I purchased, and they claimed it was from “testing.” Once I got it home and connected, it simply would not work.

When I called the store, they refused to exchange it and told me I had to go through the manufacturer’s warranty—if it ever gets resolved at all. Meanwhile, I’m back on the market looking for another washer and dryer because I still haven’t heard back from Samsung. This was a total waste of time and money.

Thank God I bought my other appliances the same day from a different store (at much cheaper prices) because I cannot imagine having to go through this twice.

If the store truly tested this appliance, it should have been working. At the very least, they should take responsibility for selling a non-working product and swap it for one that does work. I’m beyond frustrated and will never return. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

For a 20% off and having to deal with all this hassle and uncertainty, I’d rather buy at full price from a store that actually cares about customer.

mmediate Resolution Required – Faulty Washer & Dryer Purchase I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent purchase and experience. I was never informed about the Extended Warranty. I was not advised of your refund policy until after payment was made. The appliances delivered were not what I expected. The dryer functions, but the washing machine is completely defective. It leaks from the barrel/drum—not the drain line—causing flooding throughout my kitchen, living room, and garage. This occurred because your installation and delivery crew failed to properly test the machine before leaving, including running a full rinse cycle. As a result, my property has sustained damages exceeding $2,500. This falls directly on the responsibility of the business owner and sales associate for selling faulty equipment and failing to ensure proper installation and testing. I am requesting one of the following, with no restocking fees or hidden conditions: A full refund for both the washer and dryer, or A fully operational and tested replacement set. This issue has been ongoing for less than 24 hours since delivery. I have emailed, called (leaving messages), and commented on your Facebook page (where I was subsequently blocked).
