I haven't been to every Tumon hotel brunch, but I've been to many and I believe that the Sheraton, although not perfect, is the best brunch in Guam. I would give the other brunches 3 stars, but Sheraton 4 stars. Here's why: The selection of food pretty much everything you could want for brunch. ** The service staff, although not perfect, is both attentive and abundant. It's a smaller venue than the other hotels, and never too crowded. **The food ranges from a large selection of seafood, meats including a server slicing prime rib and barbequed pork, fish and other sauted foods. There is chicken, a salad bar, and two cooks making omelets and other grilled seafood to your desire. Deserts are a very large selection of various pastries, serve yourself Haagen Dazs icecream, and the final ingredients to serve up your own creation on bread pudding. There is a large selection of fresh made breads and pastries to complement your plate. The Sheraton restaurant La Cascada, where brunch is served is situated next to a pool and fountain garden. The price is reasonable and it is easy to obtain a La Cascada 20% off card that you can use to make the entire experience reasonable and well worth it. I suggest...

First, came as a small walk-in group of five. Fast and courteous service was provided. As it was a Saturday when we dined the menu was an International menu. The deep fried Parrot fish was exquisite, the BBQ Pork was so soft and the sauce amazingly sweet and savoury. Finally, to top it all off, an amazing dessert selection where I found the most delicately delicious Banana Crepe.
Servers came to refill my tea when i ran out within a decent amount of time despite the fact that there was a huge reservation to compete with my group (the other group filled up nearly the entire space with their party). The only problem we had was a slight wait at the cashier to pay as everyone was fairly busy cleaning up a few messes the large group had made.
Overall the experience was more than excellent. Definitely going to be coming back to this fine dining experience at least...
Read moreFirst time eating here after it was highly recommend from several foodies co-workers. Arrived around 7pm and the pace was pretty busy. It is located on the lower level of the hotel between several water futures. The food was very tasty however the kitchen was slow to replenish old food or empty chafers. The Mongolian BBQ station has several returns during my time there because the meat wasn't cooked all the way. Friday night they offer all you can eat lobster for $55 per person. The price includes wine, beer or juice. The service as most of the places in Guam was not in existence. Loading the 10% service charge the servers have a guarantee tip therefore you need to ask for everything. During my visit the restaurant was hosting a birthday party and it was extremely loud. Not what you will be expecting from a Sheraton. To recap, food was a 10 on taste, 6 on presentation, service was 6 and ambience 2. As always I will give it a second try in the...
