Man it’s a toss up between here and lee garden. They’re both so good and have great prices. I usually decide on distance at the moment I’m hungry.

Fish and Black bean sauce js so good. So is salt and pepper shrimp (peppers are so hot, as it should be).

They have medium and large parties trays that’s ready in 2 hours. Great for last minute potlucks for work or family gatherings.

The only thing is the space. It’s pretty small area and feels weird looking at everyone while you eat or right when you walk in. But you’ll forget it once you start eating.

Don’t forget to eat your vegetables! I like the tofu vegetable dish. Unique sour but not...

Top Island had some of the best Chinese food on island - for the price, it's hard to beat! The staff (family) is very friendly and always welcome my family and I when we walk in for dinner and they are fast when calling in your take out order. When they first opened the food was about average but I think that was just growing pains as they have refined the food since the grand opening. One of the best Chinese restaurants in Guam! Food was cooked fresh and service was great, and had no trouble parking. The portions for the price were amazing, and even had some food to take home.
