Recent update 9/16/21 first time coming during the pandemic... Although the desserts are delicious and customer service was great I was disgusted today how the workers handled my cup because it is a pandemic and i ordered 2 drinks and some desserts the first lady that touched my cups was scratching her head and then decides to place 4 fingers in the inside as she writes my name then passes it to another lady which then places 2 fingers in the inside of the cups immediately as I saw that I asked her to please rinse my cups she looks shocked but rinses it then stacks the cups on top of each other and passes it to another lady so that would have been 3 ladys touching the inside of my cups no gloves just putting germs inside i think the cashier shouldn't even touch the cups if she's dealing with dirty cash and the people handling food or drink should wear gloves my other half wanted a cookie but then a fly landed on it so he changed his mind the bakery side should be covered to avoid that! As I said below I love their desserts and I'm not trying to be mean but I think everyone should be more aware these days... Omg the audacity of your employee I think her name was crystal the audacity she has to be talking about her & her boyfriends sex life to her co workers in front of me is completely insane, her co-worker was telling her to stop because she didn’t like it & she just kept talking about it and it’s not just that, you should be teaching your employee some respect, she had a bad attitude the entire time I was ordering & she let a fly go on the food. That is so disgusting & unsanitary, never in my life have a EVER met someone like that, I didn’t have time to take a picture of that fly that went on the food but one of the employees saw it and I know some other customers saw it too, another thing, the way the employees are being treated is unfair, I’ve come a couple of times & I’ve seen how the employees are treated. And whenever I call to place an order it’s always so irritating because they have bad cell reception. They don’t answer any calls at all, online social media it’s all pretty and pink but once you get there it isn’t how it seems to be on...

The sweets are balanced, not overly sweet, and the textures are on point. This place really cares about their product and giving their customer something of high quality.

Such a great reprieve from the other cake shops, bakeries, and patisseries on Guam that tend to be very heavy handed with their sweets. On Guam, you either get desserts and pastries that are sugar bombs, have too much frosting, are dense and heavy, or are not special. Its great to find a place that seems to put a lot of care and finesse into their desserts.

Went here to get a birthday cake at the last minute, the baristas pulled out their Chocolate Temptation cake. Everyone loved it. Layers of soft, supple chocolate mousse alternating with moist chocolate cake on top a crispy chocolate biscuit covered in chocolate ganache. Indulgent!

Their small blue earl grey cake is also so good and so satisfying. It’s not loaded with sugar, which is great and not heavy and dense like other creamy desserts found at nearby...
