The definition of a hole in the wall, this place will not disappoint! I haven’t eaten much Filipino food, but Maya’s was delicious. I had the chicken adobo, peanut butter pork, rice, and some purple dessert with plantains and coconut milk. The food is buffet style and you pick what you want. And it was so cheap! My whole dinner was under $10.
The flavor of the chicken adobo was fantastic. Full of flavor and just enough heat. The only negative is there are huge bones and not a lot of meat. It was hard to get the meat off the bones and there will a bunch of little bones shards that made chewing difficult.
The peanut butter pork was very peanut buttery and a nice flavor.

The man serving the food was very rude and unprofessional. His attitude overall was downright negative.
They’re quite stingy with their portions. They would probably give you as little as they could.
I saw some cockroaches crawling around the corners of restaurant, which is nasty.
And finally, the food itself was NOT good. The quality is subpar.
I recommend going to any other Filipino restaurants like Josie’s. I won’t be coming back here again as I am concerned about the quality and cleanliness...
